There was no restaurant at the hotel and breakfast was not included.

It has a shuttle to and from the airport. We phoned for the shuttle when we arrived in Vancouver but the shuttle was not running at the time so we were told to take a taxi. We were reimbursed for the r taxi fare.

Just a heads up: the hotel has a complementary shuttle that runs back and forth to the airport every 30 minutes, which is nice, but it would have been good to know that the shuttle uses the same location at the departure level for all airport pick-ups and drop-offs. It would have been nice if our booking confirmation clearly explained that. We walked out of arrivals, looked around for bit for the shuttle, then settled for a taxi.

Great location for an overnighter that needed us to be near Vancouver International Airport. The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there, but they we upfront about it, and we never experienced any interruptions or noise because of it. We would stay there again. Comfy.

They charged my credit card for an incidental deposit, but they didn't give me the credit back at the date of check out. I was told to wait for 4-5 days before they credit me my deposit. I didn't argue with the staff. My question was why didn't he refund it to me right after my check out.

The facility was good, clean, quiet. Safe. Even though, they don't clean the room daily. They have enough towels, and essential supplies. It's a good environmentally friendly approach.

The staff were friendly and very good at their jobs. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was prompt.

The hotel clearly states that there is currently no restaurant or bar available-but having been here pre-covid-it is a loss to the overall enjoyment of the hotel. None the less, the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Staff were lovely-very helpful and attentive. Despite ongoing industrial action as a result of Covid impacts, the staff were happy to help with any questions or needs. It is unfortunate there is not a restaurant or bar available at the moment, but the staff offer a small menu for take away to help any unsuspecting travellers, as a car is required to get to any external restaraunts. As of writing (March 2024) room service may only be available every 2nd day-but all room items are available on request. The renovations being carried out did not impact the stay at all. The newly refurbished rooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious. The marina view room has a lovely view!

Check in was efficient. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean, shower water hot and adequate toiletries and towels. Tea and coffee provided. Shuttle bus was on time both ways

There are two shuttles for Radisson, need to look out for the one that has Radisson Blu, we waited about 45 mins for our shuttle possibly because it was late not running as often compared to other hotels where I saw them come around more frequently. The hotel was and is renovating, no option to purchase drinks or snacks..not close to a convenience store if needed. At least I didn’t see one. Perhaps once renos are complete there will be.

There's no breakfast, or other meals at the hotel and nothing within easy walking distance to get something to eat.

Comfortable room. Only overnight after late flight. Shuttle had stopped running so the hotel paid for a taxi. Helpful staff.
