A couple minor things that didn't work for us. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9:00 a.m. on the first morning then required me to provide a time for them to return. Was not expecting that. They did not fill up shampoo on either day in one of the bathrooms (was clearly running low on day 1, ran out on day 2). When we asked for extra robes they were delivered without belts so we had to call again.

Staff were amazing. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially Stuart on the Concierge desk.

Pillows on bed. Room description says kitchenette, but this was not a kitchenette in my opinion. It was a microwave and bar fridge. Room was very warm even though the heat was off and the window was open. Comforter in bed was very thin.

Great location, convenient. Quiet for the proximity to the village.

We enjoyed the pool every day. The location is perfect when you do t have transportation. The room worked very well for us with the stove, fridge, washer and dryer. The staff were very pleasant. We had a great stay.

Some updates need to be made to plumbing such as new toilets and bathtubs. Seems that suites have existing toilets and bathtubs from original build. For the prices charged, would expect updated suites. Also noticed that stairway leading to outside was not secure for most of the day (not requiring swipe access) therefore suites are not as secure as lead to believe. Anyone can access the building from the outside.

Location is great! Having an in suite kitchen is fantastic!

I feel like my expectations were a little too high for the price and the brand itself. Personally, for us it felt a little outdated. Seems like a little refreshment could be used on the rooms. For example, the bathroom had the weird 2 doors for access to the bedroom and the kitchen; the leather was pealing off of a few of the chairs, etc. The pool could be kept a little cleaner. There weren't too many people using it at the time but didn't look too neat.

The location is nice, close by to everything in the village. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was of a good size with a fully equipped kitchen. We're a family of 3 and our daughter is three, so it's important for us to be able to cook for her. The pool is great, with two hot tubs as well which is nice.

Overpriced parking fee (40 CAD, seriously??), restaurants close by but nothing included, so the price/ what you get ratio not 100% fitting, unless you want to cook yourself.

Room with extra sleeping room and fully equipped kitchen (great if you want to cook yourself). Hot tub, gym and swimming pool included. In the center of Whistler.

I had booked three rooms for our family: two suites with two bedrooms each as well as a studio suite. The rooms need a refresh. The suites were adequate for our children/grandchildren however furniture was somewhat dated considering the price. One dishwasher was not working in a suite and one sliding balcony door was off its track. The size of the suites worked well for two adults and two children each. The studio was bare bones and not worth the price we had to pay for it. I recognize it was high season for this winter resort but it was not good value for the money. We had to request toiletries as well as toilet paper for our room. I liked the fact that the kitchenette had a compost bin however, ours had a banana peel in it when we arrived. The studio was very basic and very small overall.

The location is fantastic within the village. You can walk to everything. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Parking was underground and convenient.

The room was clean and had great amenities, the bathroom could be updated. I liked the ensuite access to the bedroom from the family room, but the tub needs to be redone. It's a curved bottom tub which is slippery for showering. There was an anticipated mat provided.

The location was perfect for us with our bikes and having a dog. Our mountain bikes were stored free in their rental area, with courteous friendly staff. Our pup was welcomed right from check in to the room. They provided snacks for her on arrival. Nice touch. The areas to take the pooch walking and for her bathroom needs were only across the street , very convenient. The room was large and well appointed

The 1st room we were given was twin beds (travelling with my sister) but the room was so small and the beds together - too close for comfort so front desk was able to get us a king size bed which meant a bigger room. With my reservation it included a view of the room and it definitely was not the same room - the twin beds were appropriately spaced in the pics in a larger room. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with drinks and some appies but the glass on the balcony was rather gross - hadn't been cleaned in a long time and there was something spilled on the inside of it.

I really enjoyed the temp in the pool - was able to swim early in the morning.

The bsthroom was a problem. It was so small and poorly designed that we couldnt get in/out without fully opening the door, TP dispenser was falling off, tub had enamel damage; not very good. Pool and hot tubs were shared with another hotel and that made for an awkward interaction with guests from the other hotel. One hot tub not functioning.

Location was good, hotel in general good.
