The room was maintained but not the cleanest. The hallway and entryway to the room were not maintained. I thought the floor was going to break through, and the door handles were weirdly sticky

Rooms were very dismal and antiquated. Everyday had issues with room keys. No coffee pot or hot water kettle

When we checked in, we were given a room where someone had smoked. My wife had a violent allergic reaction, and all they wanted to do was spray deodorant. Finally, they transformed us to a different room. It was filthy. There were black curly hairs on the bathroom vanity. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned out. Oh and there were no cups or coffee packs, just 2 coffee makers. The hallways were very dirty and garbage was piled at one end of the entry way. We will not be staying in the facility again!

No heat, shower did not work , water dribbled out of tap no pillow cases but shams with the 20 year old pillows exposed at back , cofre maker had old coffee in it and was mouldy

I was left with the distinct impression that the managers or owners had far better things to do than help motel guests. Prior to arrival, I got a phone call that the office was going to be locked by the time I arrived to check in at 8 pm. At checkout time, shortly after 8 am, I went to the office to check out, only to find the office door locked again (or still). Therefore I had to drag luggage to the far end of the building to the alternate exit to get to my vehicle. The exit was hazardous, being a few loose cement blocks (snow-covered at the time) outside the door. Once free of my luggage, I went back to the outside entrance to the office. LOCKED! At 8 am, a fairly normal check out time, and despite 2 colorful brightly-illuminated signs proclaiming OPEN! No key drop, so had to leave my key, as another guest had already done, on a concrete ledge near the office door. Honestly! If you don't care, at least please make a good effort at pretending to.

Room very comfortable for a short or long stay. Older, but spotlessly clean room. Plenty of extras: clock on TV, basic kitchen supplies, table and chairs. Great temperature control. Apart from older bathtub/shower combination, bathroom was quite functional. Good wifi.

This is an older facility in an oilfield town. The halls were not very clean but our room was very clean. There were plenty of towels and face cloths. The beds were quite comfortable.

owner was rude, motel was dirty, the couple beside us spent the night screaming till the owner went to their room and started yelling at the female. owner and female continued to yell at one another for about half hour-hour, so extremely poor sleep. was told that checkout was noon but owner called our room till we answered at 10:45am. do no recommend!

The two rooms were filthy. Travelled over 600 kms and then worked so was very disappointed when we got to the hotel rooms to see the condition! One room had mouse poop in the bed. We slept with our clothes on and our boots, didn't shower in the dirty bathroom and just got out of there as fast as we could. Also the final bill was higher than what we booked at with booking.com.

I felt we were stuck in a room that was in need of repairs. Busy weekend, this was the 6th inn I contacted for rooms. It was very late when we got back from the exhibition or I would have taken my granddaughters home.

Did not try the breakfast after the state of the room.

Only problem I had was our room didn’t have a window that opened for fresh air. But looks like they are in the process of doing updates to the building.

Very dirty and room cleaning was very minimal during 1 week stay. Found old loads of bread, garbage and bags of chips under beds, towels seldom changed out, top of fridge was filthy and only 2 channels on TV

Didn’t have Breakfast, place is old and smells, hasn’t been updated since the 70s. Would I ever stay there again, not on your life, brought my own sleeping bag, was afraid if I slept in the bed something might bite me..
