The gym and pool area were good. Good breakfast even though I'd appreciate more vegetables. Close to public transport.

it said online there was a microwave but there was not and i called front desk they said no microwave in the building the restaurant was not great, waited over an hour for a soup and salad. salad was only lettuce and 2 small pieces of tomato.

The room is spacious. Fast wifi. Good location - close to subway in a relatively safe neighborhood. Nice desk setup for work. And lots of outlets.

The room was chilly and the temperature isn’t adjustable. There was no hot water in the shower, it was barely warm, which is extremely unpleasant. Also, the bathroom is quite small and not very comfortable Btw I expected more from the window view, it looks more attractive in the photos

I thought the bed was supposed to be a queen, but it felt smaller than a queen.

The shower with two shower heads in our room was amazing. We really enjoyed the use of the pool Staff was really friendly Supper was great at Thirty Great location to visit different things Overall really loved the stay and would definitely stay again.

In terms of amenities, the room provided the basics but lacked the touches of luxury that one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. While it was sufficient for a short stay, I couldn't help but feel that a few added comforts would have enhanced the overall experience.

The room was exceptionally tidy, with every detail carefully attended to. The linens were crisp, the furniture well-maintained, and the bathroom spotless. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, as every corner of the room was flawlessly maintained.

The only negative, in our room, was that the windows did not close tightly, so cold air came in and the person sleeping near the window got cold.

Very good choice for those who want to be in the city center. You can go everywhere on foot, you don't need a car. The hotel is very decent. The service is prompt and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The hotel room was quite small compared to another downtown Toronto hotel which I stayed at, my friend and I struggled to find adequate space to open up our luggages in the room.

I liked that the property was walking distance to the subway station - college. Hotel staff were able to promptly connect us with a car rental service with an available car for rental when the initial booking I made was not available.

The quality of the hotel room didn't match the expectations compared to the price we paid. Of cource the location was excellent.
