I am a coffee drinker,, they only put enough coffee in for two cups,,

the rooms were large,, the bed was a queen, and firm, staff was very friendly and helpful, I needed a room on the ground floor and they were able to make that happen, the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from

The only thing was some people beside us. We’re having issues. The man was yelling at the woman at 4 o’clock in the morning, and the girl was crying outside our room. That ended the peaceful sleep, which is too bad! Let the staff know they didn’t seem to care. Also went for a swim at 9 AM but the pool was not open 10 minutes later there was tons of kids in there so we missed our window. That’s too bad.

The breakfast was really great so nice and not too crowded. Very much enjoyed that.

While floor, bedding and bathroom area were mostly clean, some corners of the floor, especially the bathroom could have used a scrub. The shower head was old and needed replacing. Room 201 was an end room, I believe next to either the kitchen or manager accomodation. I thought I could hear something like a dishwasher running late at night, and was woken early to the sound of chopping, which I didn’t appreciate.

Location was central, and room was comfortable for the price point.

The bathroom was very small with very little room to move around. The design of the bathtub backsplash allowed water to run on the floor resulting in a large puddle on the floor. This was a relatively minor problem for us, but one that the motel would want to address. Our only other concern was that the heater for the hot breakfast items had been turned off, likely accidently. The result was cold sausages and tater tots.

The room was excellent with very comfortable beds. We booked a single with queen bed but got a double instead. The room was quite large, and very quiet.

Nothing. Perfectly met our needs for a bed for the night in one of the most popular areas of BC during the height of vaction season

Location was at edge of Vernon. Arrived late and left early as it was an overnight stay during a road trip. Breakfast was good, parking was good, nice quiet location but Vernon on a Sunday night was pretty quiet.

Thin walls. Heard the neighbors until about 1230 am. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit and cold tatter tots seem like a poor choice for hashbrowns.

The pool was conveniently close. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean.

The room was clean, comfortable, didn't have to adjust room temperature. Had lots of room for our things. I like that it's next to wendys. The continental breakfast was alright. Had hot and warm choices.

The cleanliness was a bit suspect in general. The towels and sheets had not been properly laundered. White? They were not. One of the face cloths and hand towels were even crusty and I don’t think had even been laundered. Luckily one towel seemed to be new and we were able to use that one. The Laundry in this place is atrocious and will bring this place to its knees. The sheets on the one bed had a big stain on them and the bed was unusable. Whites are to be white with no exceptions. The property was a bit aged but very acceptable.

We were a part of a large group and the staff was helpful in placeing us as a group on the pool area. The kids loved the pool and had a great time there.
