Buffet breakfast I have to say are also a bit disappointing since the food though good is served warm and not hot. In the grand scheme of things not the end of the world.

The property is great, lovely walking trail, very comfortable room. Excellent front desk staff - Queen of all knowledge Barb was awesome. Also the best dinner and waitress Lisette, who made our evening extra special

The room was very small and not well cleaned, there was some cob webs in one of the corners. The Breakfast buffet was nothing special if you are used to European Hotel standards. The Dinner was also nothing special, about average. Would suggest going in to Digby and finding a local restaurant.

Pool was good just old, was nice to have a pool that was 8 feet(2.4m) deep. Pool was also sheltered from the wind. On to the restaurant, food was average however desert was amazing. Prices for alcohol are good.

There was only 1 set of elevators, not convenient to the rooms or facilities. We had to use stairs frequently. Not good for seniors. But staff cheerfully helped with luggage! The breakfast had only meat and egg and potato dishes. No option for vegans. No fresh lox or fish offered even though we're on the Bay of Fundy

A beautiful historic old hotel with a beautiful interior and grounds. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very cheerful and helpful.

Unfortunately, Wifi did not work in our room and we had to go to the main hallway. It never got resolved over our 2 day stay. I am not sure if this is an issue in all rooms. There was mold in the bathtub area and peeling old paint on the roof that was in our sightline for our "view" from the room. With the price we paid, there should be no bathtub mold and old chip paint to look at.

A historic inn with beautiful grounds and setting. The grand room overlooks the Digby basin which is lovely. Large size outdoor pool.

To be honest..the food was somewhat average.

I really enjoyed the era of the property. The main rooms were stunning but the hotel rooms were nicely updated. It has an old world charm that is hard to find. Location felt remote...which I especially enjoyed. The pool...fantastic. A+

Room in need of renovation ( note that the hotel is in the process of being renovated so had new air con and heating in room. Freshly painted room, but bathroom and decor dated. Clock radio old and not able to pick up a signal

The lack of art :( add some colour. Some Indigenous art added to the restaurant and some background music would be great.

The bartender was lovely and our waitress. Such a gorgeous space that just needs some love. Lots of potential.
