눉We found the staff extremely misinforming. we had many interactions with different staff members in which we were wrongfully informed multiple times. Before our arrival we inquired about early check in. We ended up speaking with two people who were not helpful, the third informed us early arrival was not garenteed however if we did arrive early our room would be placed on priority and we would be given a call when it was ready. Our room was not ready until normal check in time 4:00 pm, in fact we attempted to check in at 3:50 and the room was still not ready. This was an extremely frustrating beginning to our get away. We understood it was not garenteed, however I don't understand how the room was not ready ten minutes before check in if it was a "priority". In regards to the valet parking, if a guest is spending the amount they are, I feel you should inform them of the wait that may occur if checking out regular check out time, 11:00 am. Upon requesting our vehicle the lady in the booth told us it would be a 20-25 minute wait. It took 45 minutes for the vallet to appear in our vehicle. So again, we are left feeling extremely frustrated on our get away. On the eve of our stay we went to dinner at the Keg in the hotel. We initially went to the lobby bar to inquire details on reservations. The bartender told us to speak to the ladies standing just outside the entrance of the bar at a desk to make the reservation and they would give us a beeper for when the table was ready. When asking the young ladies for a reservations they were extremely confused, after explaining what the bar tender had said they informed us we had to go to the 9th floor to make the reservation. Multiple times your staff left us feeling misinformed as well as unimportant.
눇The room was above and beyond expectations. We had a beautiful view, the room was very well cleaned, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was also very spacious and very nicely laid out. Our dinner at the Keg was amazing. The food was phenomenal and our waitress was great! We were also seated generally quickly. We were also pleased with the breakfast. The buffet had a great selection and seating was easier than expected !

눉There were too many people and as a result there were long waits to get an elevator. I was talked into changing from 2 queen beds and a pull out couch to a king and pull out. We had my granddaughter with us and she was nervous to sleep in a separate area. My husband who has some health issues had to sleep on it and it was very uncomfortable. When I mentioned the situation at check out the person just brushed me off. The pool was way too crowded and at time dangerous. By the time you got breakfast in the morning it was cold.
눇I liked the fact it was close to many of the attractions. The Doorman was very friendly and the staff getting our car were very efficient. The room was nicely decorated but not what I booked. It had a good view of the city and falls from the Keg.
