We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere wasn't a hair dryer. Front desk didn't have any amenities ie toothbrush or toothpaste. I know places like Days Inn often do. It was cold in the room -we couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat.
Good price. Easy to book. Good location. A good motel if you are just looking to stay one night or don't want to spent alot of money. Bathroom was clean. Location is good-a few minutes walk to Starbucks and restaurants. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly.

CanadaWe were on second floor (left side) however a lot of noise in the parking and could clearly hear people in other room. Internet we had to constantly enter password, TV channels did not come in. Also a restaurant at bottom of stairs which caused a lot of noise. Also parking is rented out on weekends, so if you go out, chance are you will not have a spot when you come back, so you have to go to a paying parking.

Breakfast not included. Intially, i was given a awful room but later the front counter staff was nice & accomodating in letting me switch to a nicer, cleaner & fresher room.
