There was nothing that we didn't like, no complaints here.

I liked the fact that we had a great night's sleep and the mattresses were very comfy.

The rooms are dated, but clean and well-maintained; nothing was broken. Bedspread, drapes, carpet headboard, furniture--all dated. Bathtub had cigarette burns from years gone by. A dried -up facecloth was hanging over shower curtain from a previous stay in the room. Bottom line>> room was clean, quiet, conveniances (store & laundry) with friendly neighbours and I would rather have a well-maintained, dated room than pay more money.

Breakfast was acceptable; not particularly comfortable as is is available in the middle of a conveniance store. But, again, considering the price, it saves another $10.00-$20.00. To have a conveniance store and an affordable coin-operated laundry facility connected to Motel was a bonis!!

I can't say that there was anything that I didn't like.

Even though you could tell that this motel was older, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Bed was really comfortable. We didn't have breakfast even thou it was included because we had already planned to have breakfast in New Minus at Cora's.

No microwave. It claimed to have a kitchen but that was limited to a couple of rooms.

Nice big clean room with a fridge. A microwave would make it perfect. It was a stop along the way.

The included breakfast was set up in the attached convenience store with a couple of stools at the counter where the food and coffee were located. It was more a grab and go meal than a breakfast.

Fantastic value for the area as long as you are willing to travel to Wolfville, Halifax, or south to Digby and Yarmouth. Located in a neat small town mid-valley and was a traditional roadside motel. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Couple of good restaurants in the town available for dinner.

There was a VERY strong smell in the rooms. I suspect it was the carpets smelling. We as a group had 3 rooms. The two with carpet smelled very bad, the third had hard flooring so the odor wasn't as strong but still had an odor. The air in all three rooms did not smell fresh at all.

Unfortunately, even with the smokers smoking outside of their rooms, we had smoke in our room. I don't see anything that can be done about this.

Breakfast was adequate. There is not a lot of space for anything more extensive. Location was good for what we wanted to do.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Having a store and laundry facility on-site was a real plus.

The fan/light in the bathroom was extremely noisy. Getting up in the middle of the night and turning on the bathroom light would wake up the other person in the room. Other than that the room was very nice and clean.

No microwave, and no coffee machine in one of the rooms we booked. No info on the breakfast that was supposed to be included. The tub was slippery, and hard to get out of. A bar to hold on to to get out would have been helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised of the size, and cleanliness of the rooms. Easy to book, and the lady at check in was very friendly.

my son didn't think that the bed was very comfortable but I disagreed (I had a wonderful sleep). The room was small but was fine for our short stay

There was a free breakfast offered but we did not use the service. The price was excellent compared to SO many other places in the area. The room was small but immaculately clean. The bathroom has been updated and was extremely clean. It was quiet in the evining. I liked that there were comfortable chairs outside every room to relax outdoors. I didn't use it but the office is also a convenience store, which would be very handy. The room had a bar fridge but no microwave
