Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There are no any bottle of water in the room It was not posible to find bottle water at nihgt
It was good breakfest. Also coffee and tea are available for 24 hours and free shutle bus from and to airport

Previously, followed recommendation for food delivery but ignore the Mamma pizza brochure....as no restaurant for meals beyond breakfast. Close by apparently but cold rain kept us from exploring...
The front desk staff from the Manager, Haman were great, especially the night clerk when we arrived at 3.30 a.m after an awful flight. The room was large and sophisticated decor and great beds. The breakfast is the best anywhere, great cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon cooked perfectly and waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt. It surpassed the competition by a mile. Also good bus service to airport.

No lobby for guests with luggage waiting for bus so took over breakfast room. Apparently there were cancelled flights etc so this might have been the exception. All good, really.
Good beds, spotless, close for in -transit,quiet, breakfast full and varied. We have stayed many times. Sauri at front desk in early evening was superb, smiles and patience for frazzled customers with lost luggage etc. Noon check out is good, allowed extra hour for a delayed flight. Thank you again.

Pool had too much chlorine as my eyes burned for a good 8 hours after.I do however have a problem with deposit being taken for every night of stay and couldnt even pay cash for that and get my money back after my stay, it takes roughly 7 days for me to get my deposit back for each stay. that is very bad service.. when inquired I was told Company policy, I dont make the rules and I am only working here and do not have anyone that can give me a proper answer. Smiling faces however heard some of the remarks after my questions. Not appreciated.
Staff pretty good with exceptions. Cleaning Staff very good, Comfortable beds.

Now a day lot of Indian people are traveling to USA and Canada. So hotel industry has to change their facilities accordingly. They should include Indian breakfast also Indians are not using toilet paper,they use water hand jets. So this facility should include.

Carpets in 429 are worn and torn. As amenities go we would have enjoyed robes which so many hotels offer.

We got a hotel shuttle bus back to the airport on our return but we weren’t aware there was one so we spent $46 on a taxi from the airport to the hotel at 21:00. It would have been good to let guests know this service was available especially for people like us who haven’t been to Toronto before and who didn’t appreciate that an airport hotel was around 5-10 miles away (in our home city the airport hotel is across the road and walking distance)

Nowhere to eat nearby and no restaurant on site. Was not told there are 2 airport Hampton Inns. Website states a shuttle runs to the airport every 25 minutes, but you actually have to call them. This information in an email or on the site would be appreciated.
