The infinity pool too many kids in the hot tub too many kids other than that the view of Niagara was beautiful

Room view excellent shower was weak when turning on the water, it made a loud noise at the sink The tub was excellent all in all it was not bad could’ve been better

The temperature of the room was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was on and the room was freezing. It was mid April…no need for air conditioning. The parking at the property was $80 per night!!! The pool was closed.

I found it frustrating that I booked swim time for my family but the pool was so crowded we couldn’t even get it. That was very disappointing.

We were frozen and could not control the temperature as well as had no blankets in the room. We were supposed to get a special parking rate but we were charged full price.

Paid for a city view but instead paid $315 for little to no window and looking out that window we got a wall from the other tower. Also had an attach door to the next room and you could hear everything from the next room

Room didn’t seem to be cleaned well , found someone else’s water bottle under the bed and floor was a lil dirty . Also took for ever for Simone to bring us an extra blanket . Restaurants way to pricy

No wheelchairs or mobility scooters for rent, need to be able to walk at least to casino to get one however you’re not allowed to bring them back to hotel, expensive, everything has a price tag, room service alcohol super expensive, had to get pizza delivered because hotel food service closed so early. Parking outrageously priced.

Paid a lot for a falls view room. Overpaid. The room was small. The bed was not comfortable for a king size bed and the air conditioner was the loudest over ever heard in my life! Never slept a wink!!

I expected to be able to see the falls better from my room. The room didn’t match exactly to the photos on booking.com. The price of the room was obviously gouging people for the eclipse because it was nowhere near as expensive if I were to book the same room closer to the day of with the hotel directly. The amenities in the room were lacking, such as stained towels, some of the worst coffee I have ever tasted, and there were no robes in the room despite the listing saying that was included.

There's a hotel in the middle of the view with a tall screen along its side advertising for the casino. The screen changes what it displays every 10 seconds or so, which doesn't ruin the wonderful view but eliminates the relaxing meditative effect it might have. That ad screen is just too distracting. The only other negative aspect is that the elevators are so busy at peak times that it can take 20 minutes to get an elevator with any space in it and then get to the lobby.

Loved the room, loved the restaurant with the view of the falls. The view (Canadian falls) is spectacular except for one annoying detail.

Had to ask multiple times for additional towels since we had a family suite and needed additional towels. Granted it was extremely busy because of all the eclipse watchers but at least acknowledge there will be a delay to bring the additional towels. Wait time was quite lengthy for the elevators as many guests present.

Took way too long for the elevators. Extortion parking rates - eclipse event was on during our stay unbeknownst to us, even as hotel guests we were charged $80 a night parking.. ridiculous for guests of the hotel that have already spent 3k on staying a few nights. Expensive hotel and there was cracks in the sink and tissue box.

We had a room with views of the falls which was awesome. Convenient location, comfortable bed and room.

Could use more lighting inside room & magnifying mirror in bathroom….wasted space in bathroom…room 1117….maybe put some hooks on the bathroom wall where the space is inside the door.

I waited over 30 minutes for the elevator to come to the 7th floor to take us to the E level for the bad friends show. My foot is broken so stairs were not a good option for me but I ended up having to take them causing myself a lot of pain so we wouldn’t be late for the show we paid a lot of money for. I watched the elevator pass our floor going down three times without stopping.
