The hotel should have let us know that there was a cheerleading competition and that the lobby including elevators would be packed considering the amount of money we paid for the weekend as we travelled 6 hours to visit and relax. It always took over 5-10 mins to use an elevator and it was packed with children. The restaurant for dinner wasn’t the greatest for food. The staff were exceptional. In the morning however breakfast was pretty costly for the buffet.

Reception service was excellent breezy to check in. Restaurant for breakfast was fancy and delicious. Our view from the room was amazing as we saw all of old Quebec.

Doors not sound proof enough. Could here people walking by and corridor noise. I expected a bit more for breakfast but indeed it was to a good level

The restaurant was trying to be too upscale to make it family/kid friendly. The bar was either understaffed for the two event groups staying at the hotel, or just very slow.

Wish that there was more variety on the menu for dinner. Also, would add some sort of anti-slip measure on the floor of the shower.

Loved the location, room, and the view. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Also, the bathroom and shower were very nice. Also liked the fact that they checked up on us even though we did not have the room cleaned during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The service and facilities are poor. Breakfast is below average, no brunch or lunch available as the restaurant is closed during the day. No tea facilities in the room. On Christmas Eve, we ordered a bottle of Champagne through room service, it got delivered to our room in a brown paper bag. We got informed that we had to fetch the ice bucket from another floor ourselves, if we needed it! I believe it is unacceptable... although the City lighted, red and green, was amazing!

Brilliant location, stunning view! The view from our room was phenomenal. Cornered large room overlooking St Lawrence River, Château Frontenac, Citadelle and Parliament House. The Hilton is only a few minutes away from the Old Town, and it is a lovely walk. The view was one of the highlights of our stay in Québec City.

Parking not at the property extra cost they will waive you a parking ticket to get in and out of the parking but it’s limited to just two exits per day, then you’ll have to pay at the parking lot the regular rate

Fantastic hotel with a great lobby space and helpful staff who were most attentive. Rooms nice and comfortable very bright and airy. Brilliant games room for the teens to enjoy and breakfast was superb.

Family beside my room, kids make too much noise. Is better to have floor for single people. Room have strange noise which is come from fridge I believe. I already mentioned to their staff too.
