I did not like the fact that breakfast isn't automatically included with our stay. Our daughter had a competition very early in the morning and all of the hotels we've stayed at prior to this one at least had a continental breakfast or something. This time we had to rush to Tim Hortons after checkout to get something for her to have before her competition started.

The location was awesome and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and I found the room spacious.

The hotel and staff awsome,

We went to this hotel because it had a hot tub that and a pool is all we wanted, the pool was awsome but the hot tub was broken they said in 30 minutes it will be running all it was was a hose leak, well half an hour turned into a all day thing wasn't impressed, we told the clerk at check out all she said was oh um sorry. Beautiful hotel by all means, but the hot tub put a downer on our trip because we called to make sure the pool and hot tub were working. We weren't the only ones disappointment we were chatting with other quest and they weren't happy either.

The coffee wasn't good and fresh. We had to pay for the 12 year old child's breakfast ( $30 with tips), though on the website it said that the breakfast was included. The child wasn't feeling well, and went back to the room without eating anything. We still had to pay. We didn't like that the coffee was served on demand. You couldn't get tea, coffee or hot water yourself. The hotel is overpriced.

The food and selection provided was very good. The room was good enough, and had everything we needed. The pool was great. We liked that the parking was free and easy.

I find the reception staffs who helped us in our check-in were talkinh to each other too much. There were no tiwels in the pool when we arrived, so I asked the lady who was in the bar who to call to. She was not very nice in attending me. I thought she did not believe me at first and asked me if I looked arround. The tone of her voice was not too friendly to a guest. The I when to the reception as per the lady's suggestion, the reception guy who was also there during our check in, unfortunately did not seem happy to help me. But the housekeeper who finally brought the tiwels to the pool was very nice.

I love the breakfast buffet. There were so many choices. They all taste really good too. Buffet staff were also very attentive to our needs.

The room was not as quite as expected. Seemed that we could hear people in the other room. I am not sure if their door was open but we could clearly hear a number of people chatting.

The air-conditioner is still quite noisy with one of the beds placed right next to it. I had to keep it on to maintain some air circulation though.

The hotel is very clean in every aspect. Bedroom is very clean and comfortable. Specifically, the bathroom fan is very quiet. This is very different from many other hotels.

breakfast was good and offered variety. we were looking for an indivdual meal instead of the buffet style but it meet our needs for speed and efficency and we were on our way to view the surrounding sites in montreal.

The price: 200+ per night for just a basic hotel wasn't worth it. It didn't feel very comfortable either; the bed was rather cold and clammy. It's also a full 30 minutes from Montreal so location isn't the best if you want to be near the centre. It is well connected though so taking bus or metro into Montreal is an option
