Sofa wasn't terribly comfortable. WiFi is slow and the IPTV on the TV was finicky to work and voices were out of sync

King bed was comfortable, dishwasher and full fridge with microwave and cooktop was an excellent touch. 2 TVs with cable. Great breakfast. Not much to dislike!

The overall is great, the sofa bed mattress on the other hand need replacing not suitable for sleeping not even for my kid (10y). You can literally feel the springs. We asked for additional blankets to dumper the springs.

Spacious room, clean and the team is very helpful and friendly, from the lobby to the kitchen everyone help you with a smile. Great location as well.

Breakfast could be better. I did stay here 10 days and at last days I couldn't see bacon, sausages, yoghurt, eggs and muffins. But I did like toast machine and coffee machine. Breakfast time also too early. Had to wake up 6-7am in a morning to have breakfast. 9am already late if you want to find some food for breakfast.

Room was great, clean and cozy. Location is in downtown, so I could just walk around to see everything I want. Hotel also have lounge with unlimited coffee with power sockets and wifi, so if you bored, you always can come and drink coffee, chill in internet. And there is laundry! During our stay we got hurricanes Lee around. At that time, there was problems with power supply in many places across city, including us, in our room electricity and water was shut down for about 2 days (started one day, ended next day, ~24 hours total). I want to give credit to hotel, we was warned about this like few days before, so when water and electricity was shutted down, I had full bath of water and all my devices charged already. Additionally, there was electricity in lounge zone, so we could come there and charge devices or drink coffee. I added above to "what I like" section as Hotel not responsible for hurricanes schedule and could only react on it, which imho was done nicely.

King Studio was very spacious and fully equipped. Lots of closet and drawer space. The hot breakfasts were very tasty. Lots of amenities and the location was easily accessible by foot to all the touristy spots.

The only thing I would change would be the quality of the pull-out in the King Suite. My son could feel the springs of the mattress and the frame was really squeaky so we heard him every time he turned over. Other than that, we had no complaints at all.

The room was quite comfortable and having a kitchen was really helpful given we were there for 6 days. The breakfast in the morning was very good and consistent. All of the staff are terrific, very friendly and helpful. Terrific location!

Parking. Paid almost $30 / night to walk to a parking garage while other guests parked right in front of hotel, some without a parking tag, infuriating. One car didn’t move for six days. Pool cold, no jacuzzi.

Room was large. Breakfast was very good. Most staff were friendly. Staff replied to requests in a timely manner.

Having to pay $25/day for parking on top of our hotel

Free breakfast was excellent, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Full size fridge and nice kitchen area great for our longer stay. Very close to downtown

Shared pool and laundry facilities with adjoining hotel so it was often very busy. Was unable to use laundry as only one machine was working and it was always in use. Ocean view room had only partial water views as there is a large tower being constructed across the road.

Very good location for exploring downtown Halifax on foot. Comfortable & spacious room (king suite with kitchen). Fully equipped kitchen. Nice breakfast room & good breakfast.

There is starting to be some wear - like carpet wear. would have liked a tub as well as shower construction noise and views outside

liked the gym - didn't get a chance to use the pool. breakfast was really good - not just toast and coffee - lots of great hot entrees
