The breakfast was pretty bad. The room where you got your food was extremely small and very poorly organized. It was big enough to fit 2 people comfortably with no flow. People were tripping over each other and it was hard to find things as they were scattered everywhere. The cooked food was also not great. The parking lot was filled with huge trucks towing large trailers full of snowmobiles leaving little room to park. They were blocking the entrance and exit. Many people drinking in the parking lot next to their sleds in the morning. The smell of fumes from all the running snowmobiles would knock you out.

Friendly staff, the room was clean and spacious.

The jacuzzi tub. I was kind of scared to use it, ended up using it and gross skin colored floaties were swirling around in it.... emptied the jacuzzi and the film it left was disgusting. I felt sick to my stomach.

The renovated rooms were nice. Bed was comfy. All clean.

To no fault of the hotel or its staff, we spent most of the night with our door being banged on by kids running around from hockey teams. They were either aggressively banging on our door long after midnight or setting up mini hockey nets in the hall way and shooting pucks against the door. The staff handled it SO well but it didn't stop them. I had 4 little girls trying to sleep and they were still banging on our door and screaming profanities at us. Like I said, the staff did come up several times and were amazing though!

Bath towels were well worn and felt old. Bathroom soap are little thin bars that are difficult to hold on to. The wall mounted A/C unit is loud. The beds and pillows are very hard. There is no softness to the pillows at all. Self-serve breakfast layout is awkward if there are more than a few people because of the confined space. The self-serve garbage can should not be placed in the same location as all the food. Plastic cutlery makes the hotel feel cheap. Because the front desk staff manage the breakfast they don't have time to clean tables after messy people leave.

The staff were always pleasant and we were made to feel welcome. If you like hot showers, this is the place, The water is always very hot.

The room had a definite musty carpet smell. The faucet in the tub was just hanging on.

This hotel was close to family we were visiting as well as walking distance into town. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Was a great hotel, Front desk staff was excellent. They have a great restaurant and food was good ! They had a pool to enjoy after a long day. Continental breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely book again.
