We loved this authentic accomodation. Amazing facilities. Once again we would have loved to have stayed more than 1 night. Loved the fireplace. Was super clean and beds were amazing to sleep on.

This was our first stay at Paradise Lodge and Bungalows. When we entered the cabin, it was a "wow" moment for us. Cozy, clean, nicely decorated, newer furnishings, a comfortable bed and an awesome bathroom with a deep tub (my wife loves to bathe in the evening) in addition to a standalone shower. My wife said I did a great job in picking a place to stay. I didn't do a great job, the owners and staff did a remarkable job! I have already recommended this place to others planning to visit the area.

The location is incredible, and also is reflected on the price. You are only a 20min walk from Lake Louise and you can park you car for free (even after having checked out) which saves you money on Lake Louise parking lot or the shuttle to Lake Louise if you're coming any time after 8am. We were in the main building, in a two bedroom suite and even though we only had a short one night stay, we really enjoyed the place. It's away from the main road, extremely quiet and waking up to the view of the mountains and forest is really amazing.

The staff were extremely friendly, even accommodating early check in on a rainy day. They brought champagne to our room for our honeymoon and went above and beyond.

I didn't like the fact that in the living room we couldn't use our Google Chromecast, as the tv had a Clean Remote.

Nothing at all, everything was great!

The lodge was very clean and very comfortable. We love that the sheets were so fresh and new, towels as well. The bathtub was the cleanest one we have ever seen in any hotels or lodges. The bathroom was also very clean and proper. Staff were lovely and left a birthday card for our daughter. Thank you!

Trying to find somewhere to eat. Lake Louise seemed to close at 7:30 pm except for a couple of places. Didn't try to get breakfast after our evening experience. Perhaps something on sight would be a good idea. Also we would have loved to see Lake Louise in the snow but the parking was full by 10am. I can't walk the distance from the hotel and could really have used a shuttle minibus for the distance.

Location and the suite were lovely. Bed comfortable. Would have liked to have stayed more than one night.

I burned my eye from the disinfectant that was used on the in room binder...very painful! The furniture could have been more comfortable.

Kitchenette lacked a few items - an actual table to eat at ( we used coffee table in living/bedroom), no salt/pepper or wine glasses. These are niggling points, which speak to how well equipped kitchenette is.

Super clean, well maintained, helpful and friendly staff. Pride of ownership evident in cleanliness of rooms and in the immaculate grounds.

Like anything around Lake Louise, the price was very high.

The suite was roomy enough. We could walk to Lake Louise (1.5km) - not an easy walk but not too difficult. Didn't hear people in adjoining rooms. Lovely view.

The temperature dropped low at night. I needed some extra blankets since I slept on the sofa bed. We arrived late but the staff was super friendly leaving us instructions to get to our place.

Housekeeping did a great job of preparing the place when we arrived, and also cleaning the room the following day. The facility was lovely and I had a such a great time staying there. I especially enjoyed the bathtub.

Nothing. So glad we stayed here instead of the fairmont on lake Louise where major construction works are ruining the peace and tranquility. There are ways to construct more sympathetic to the environment but cost more. That must speak volumes. Our advice, Stay instead at paradise Lodge.
