We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaPlumbing was *loud* flushing the toilet sounded like you were summoning a minor demon to have a chat about some office gossip and the shower was only marginally quieter. The sink had cracks around the drain, which are fine, just made the place seem older
Room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough and the reception was quick and easy. Motel was easy to find and near a bus stop making it easy to travel around the nearby area doors had both an automatic and a chain lock

We love that check-in late was possible, and the free coffee in the the morning. We also love the fact that there was alot of parking in the premisies.

This hotel was good, when you travel single and if there is no option available. As we travelled with family with the kids and just met our expectations. Same time we felt safe there, the location of the hotel is good. Bed was not bad too. We booked this one, just 2 hrs before we reached the location, Due to change in the travel plan.

CanadaThe room was so dirty. The carpets, walls and blankets had stains all over them. The bathroom sink had hair in it when we got there. There was dust and hair’s on the coffee machine. The leather of the furniture chairs was peeling off. We had ants in our room followed by worms. It was disgusting. The toilet was over flowing and the AC was broken. I had booked 3 nights but we had to cancel and relocate. Horrible experience, wish the photos off the website would show how horrible this room was before booking it.

If you need a roof over your head then ok but the price was way to much the building was falling apart the Aircon did not work and it was 33c it was cooler having the windows open once you managed to do that as they were screwed shut it was a fire hazard plug sockets hanging off the wall and the building stank of smoke and canabis even tho it was a no smoking building
