I was a little disappointed that since the lounge was the only restaurant for lunch and dinner, that the menu was limited.

We were three people in the room (me, my husband and my 11 year old daughter) and even though the room was really big, there was only one bed that we had to share. A bed sofa wouldn’t be bad. The room was good but too dark, even though there were three windows, which btw couldn’t be opened. Other than that, everything was fine.

Shower pressure was alright definitely could have been better but expected for a large hotel I guess.

It was extremely clean, staff was amazing, they upgraded our room as well. Definitely bougie feeling. Had a bit of a spooky vibe in the room, but in a fun not scary way, my wife felt something touch her the first night and we herd conversation as if the tv was on but no one else around (we checked the hall and stood outside the room to make sure), our room was quiet chilly as well even with the heat on but we like it cooler then normal so it didn’t bother us. We also had the elevator open for us before pressing the button several times. We were in room 1205.

Location of this hotel was great. The subway was a 2 minute walk. You could get to anywhere you wanted within minutes. Many attractions were within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and very helpful.

We were initially looking for a room with a view as we had guests coming from out of country and visiting Toronto for the firstr time. However, I understand that is not always possible. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. The location was centrally located and we were able to walk to all the major destinations.

The Omni King Edward is a beautiful building that has been tastefully decorated. The room was very large and comfortable . We really liked that the toilet was separate from the shower.

There’s nothing I don’t like.

I love how friendly and helpful the employees are, the location is good, and the room is clean. Friendly and welcoming employees bright up my mood when I’m traveling. I can reach to many places on my bucket lists with walking distance. Also i allergic when the bedsheet, pillow case, or blanket are not clean, but they are very clean and comfortable too.
