You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThere was no view, just another building. There was no soap in the dispenser and the phone was broken. I called to have it repair but they did not come. The cleaning service is non-existent after 1h30 pm, which was a disapointment for the price we paid. The room service is fast but very expensive for small portions.
The location is fantastic so is the bilingual staff. Very comfortable beds. The location is great! Near the subway, old port and numerous restaurants.

CanadaSofa bed was horrible, mattress was all springs, could not sleep. No bar, no food or drink.after 11pm Pool area - pool supervisor had no control. A couple with 3 - 4 kids came to the pool, the father first did a canon ball into the pool and then the rest of the kids followed, other parents were scared to have their kids in the pool. The supervisor did nothing, a parent had to talk to the parents to tell them that their is no diving, but this should have come from the pool monitor.
Location us great, the indoor valet is excellent (although can take some time to get your car), room was very nice - spacious, main bed was comfortable.

CanadaParking - Why charge 40 to 60 dollars from guests when we're already paying in excess of a thousand bucks. It just seems cheap. I'd even go as far as building it into your price, and if a guest says that they don't need parking, give them $50 dollars off or complimentary breakfast. It just feels better than paying extra for something so basic.
The premises FELT like a fancy, nice, hotel. It has gotten difficult to find places that feel welcoming to walk into.

For all the hotels we have stayed at this month, around the world, this price point or less, our room at the Westin Montreal was a disappointment. It had no more character than the Best Western Plus in Havre Montana. Additionally the first communication after our stay is about buying the bedding. Come on, the Westin needs to do better with the decor to think our room experience is something we want to recreate at home.
