The room is so pretty and clean. It is realy giving the lodge vibes which is what we are looking for.

I know there was a ski concierge system but I would of preferred a proper boot room like other places we have stayed on during this 4 week Canadian skiing holiday. It was no major problem as we put the snowboards in the back of the car and parked that in the car park outside just near the front door so it was easy to pick them up on our way to the lift.

The room was a very spacious king suite with a massive comfortable bed and 2 bathrooms, one with a spar bath and the other with a shower and bath. Both had toilets. We had a cosy living room with a gas fire which was very homely to put on in the evening. We were on the quiet side of the building but still had great views of the mountain. There was a great restaurant a short walk away in the other building. It was a short walk to the Elk chair.

Noisy at night (presumably from the vending machine outside our room). Our key cards stopped working part-way through our stay and had to be reset. The Ice Bar was closed on the evening we wanted to go. The shuttle did not stop to pick us up, thwarting our trip into Fernie. $40 for two drinks at Cirque!

Spacious and very clean suite. Comfortable bed. Super close to the ski lifts. Ali was very friendly and helpful. Quiet hot tub. Good food and drink at Cirque and Legends.

The room location is great, just a short walk across from the main lodge. We had a condo on the ground floor, so we didn't even need to take the stairs of elevator.

The property is expansive and the ski lift tickets were most expansive of all multiple sites I skied in Alberta, BC and Europe but the Alpina Resort is not as good as world class resorts.

The Lodge used to have a hot chocolate and speciality coffee machine that was free for guests. Why did you get ride of it.... bring it back please :)

The building itself is so beautiful and grand that it is a real shame they have chosen to undermine the atmosphere with cafeteria style furniture in the main room. I also have no idea what they’re trying to achieve with an ice bar which no one uses and does not fit the atmosphere of the property. Cosy bar area would be better.

Great location, good amenities. Restaurant is a little pricey but the food is very good. The day spa on the premises is excellent with very well trained therapists and well worth a visit, even if you are not staying there. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Rooms becoming dated. Cleanliness of rooms could be improved. Overall maintenance of rooms and facilities could use some improvement - example hot tub water jets not working.

True ski-in ski-out location can't be beat! Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant in main building situated in gogeous great room. Underground parking included is very handy.

That we didn't stay longer!

Wow, staff greeted us as we exited our car introducing themselves, proceeded to open doors for us to the hotel and then introduced us to the reception staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were amazing, had a balcony that looked straight out onto the chair lift. Snowed whilst we were there and when we were in the spa pool, couldn't have asked for more. Opening weekend of ski season December 2023. Five star accommodation at three star prices. Much better than we expected. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back if/when we visit Canada again.
