The fridge was a bit noisy and floor was a bit sticky, but no major issues!

Was very good value with plenty of space, and well stocked kitchen. Great if you need a longer stay or want to cook your own meals. Helpful staff. No noise from neighbours.

The air conditioning equipment was a quite noisy. Although I did not need it, indeed, even when the air conditioning equipment in my room was turned off, the noise of the equipments in use in other rooms was audible,, during the night

Room was not as clean as it could have been. The room that I had also had the only windows facing a brick wall in an alley. I'm sure other rooms have a nicer room, but this one did not.

Room was spacious, bigger than I had imagined. Suite came with a full kitchen, including dishes, pots/pans. Came with a pull-out couch as well, though I didn't try it so I don't know how good it was.

The smell of smoke from people sat on the steps under our balcony :-( Very, very noisy lift (all night through). Kettle didn't turn itself off.

The noise from the A/C units in the hotel were a bit loud and disrupted my sleep.

My requests for a high floor from the elevator was granted. The greeting I received when I first entered the hotel.

No more available parking had to pay extra to the hotel beside us. Left the next day itching all over my arms and neck until now a week later. Please look into possible bed bugs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their faces. The room looked clean and comfortable. Studio style apartment with 2 beds. That was good.

Floor has some kind of product on it that makes the bathroom floor very slippery after a shower while shoes and slippers stick to the floor elsewhere.

The room needs a better air conditioner, it did not get cool enough, even though it wasn't very hot outside (high 23, low 13), it was much hotter inside and made it difficult to sleep. Also, I would have appreciated being notified in advance that the hotels parking might full up. I had to park in the surface lot across the street overnight.

Very nice and helpful staff. They noticed we forgot an apple watch and contacted us right away. We were able to pick it up before leaving town. Room was very clean, new, and well decorated. I'm very picky about pillows but for once this hotel passed my pillow test.

the location to a homeless or low cost housing building. created a somewhat uneasy and precautions attitude while enter and exiting the hotel, mostly during the evening hours. hotel staff do man the front foyer 24/7. i personally wasn’t bothered by the situation as I have grown accustomed to central downtown London. was just a note for travelling solo females. not that they can’t take of themselves just a heads up.

There was no remote control for the Roku TV. When we did get the remote, there were not any local/live channels on TV. There was no parking for the hotel.

The location of the room was VERY noisey, I could hear people fighting outside at 4am, as well as everyone using the elevator. I was staying only one night, but if I had stayed an additional night, I would have asked for a change of room

Rooms were dated despite attempts to bring a retro boutique feel to the hotel. Bed was only a double and it was small and very uncomfortable.

Room was too warm for me (radiant heat). But easily solved by opening windows for a bit to cool it down.

Liked having the large livingroom. Eat in kitchen - full size fridge/freezer microwave…perfect. Not a coffee drinker, so brought my own little Keurig to brew my tea. Lots of space for clothes, etc. Helpful front desk staff!

The Internet was running on good speed rate, the Appartement was really spacy, but nothing special. I would have expected a little bit higher standard for the furniture, but for a medium term it suited my needs. The parking rate was extra but fair.

the parking is horrible. doors get locked after 11pm and you need to either knock the door or go through parking gate. there is no convenience store, no cofee shop and not even a vendor machine there.

we had a minor issue with the jacuzzi tub not holding its water.. after about 10 minuets the seal worked and it was Great.
