There’s nothing not to like about this property.

The property was amazing! It had the most beautiful views, the rooms were immaculate, and the food was so delicious. The staff was great in every aspect dining room, our room the surf club. we love that. They have outdoor fire pits to enjoy after a walk on the beach.

The food prices at the restaurant weren't family friendly. When we went to go eat, they asked if had a reservation but when we said we didn't, they didn't sound confident they had room - I wish reception would have told us in advance to reserve so we didn't have this stress. There was an item on the menu that had to be ordered 24 hours in advance - this is helpful to know when checking in so we can plan accordingly.

The staff were friendly and the easy access to the beach was amazing. The views from the restaurant are spectacular.

Would have prefered private BBQ .Had to ask for our rooom to be made up 2 out of 4 days. Coffee grounds were not replenished

Nothing really. We would like to go again. My only negative is my own fault in that we probably could have used a firmer bed but didn’t ask about it. The pillow top style just doesn’t work with our aging bodies I think. Next time we will ask in advance and hopefully that option is available. But really everything and everyone was great.

It’s a great location right on the beach, the building itself is attractive and fits in with the wild nature of the Tofino area and the crashing waves. The amenities were good. Water pressure and hot water were great, comfortable, clean, secure unit. The building was also generally very quiet at night so minimal if any interference from noisy neighbours. Large soaker tub in the bathroom along with a shower, robes and slippers, coffee and treats in the room. Added extras: umbrellas, rain jackets and portable lanterns to take on beach walks. Outside they have several fire pits with chairs, a shower station to rinse off sandy feet or shoes (or wet suit and surfboards). The dining room has a spectacular view of the ocean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating and the food was very good.

I wish is was a little more affordable.

The cottage was amazing. So private and spacious. My friends and I had an amazing time. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Private hot tub was a nice touch. Definitely would recommend this place.

Room dod not have a microwave. Hot tub was disappointing, water was Luke warm. A menu in the room to order room service would seem to be obvious.

Liked the view. Liked the bed. Coffee supplied was very good. Fireplace was nice, as was the patio. Loved the ocean, views and sound. Liked the building design, particularly the dining room area. Really liked that raincoats were made available. Like the bath tub.

What can you say for a stay which was as near perfect as one could get? In my opinion the equal of "The Luxury Hotel" in Tofino at a price the average traveler can afford.The only slight negative was in the restaurant where the food was top quality but portions were large for us old folks. This seems to apply to most restaurants in Canada. Why not add a senior's menu as most restaurants in Europe do. It would avoid the practice of many plates going back to the kitchen with food wasted. Cost effective and good for the environment. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

Wish the hot tub had been closer. Also parking was a bit of an issue - the lot was always very full and I'm not certain they were all guests.

Loved the location. We had an ocean view room which was just perfect. Major storm weekend so it was very dramatic outside. Enjoyed the locally sourced coffee, tea and candies in the room.

We should have booked another day!

The cabin was beautiful. We had a lovely fireplace, full kitchen, our own hot tub, outdoor wetsuit rack, two bathrooms and the two bedrooms were on separate floors. We loved how close we were to the ocean - just a short walk. We told them it was a special 40th birthday celebration for two friends and there were two bottles of cider waiting for us upon arrival with a congratulations note. The staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed dinner and drinks by the fire in the restaurant and casual drinks and boardgames at the surf club another night. I am already planning my next visit!
