You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaBathroom and decor were very, very dated. Complimentary drinks were not exactly generous: 2 coffee bags and 1 teabag for 2 people for 2 days! But it was better than nothing.
Beds were very comfy, shower powerful and view from balcony was better than expected (we could see the American Falls). Staff were friendly and helpful. More than enough storage. Fridge.

CanadaView of the falls from my room wasn’t too clear but could see a bit. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Sauna door didn’t close all the way.
God location, very walkable to the falls. Close enough but not central to a lot of the traffic. Room was clean and having a balcony is nice. Staff was very friendly. They have all the amenities and restaurant downstairs.

Location wasn't far from main strip, situated on the main road adjacent to the Rainbow Bridge. Less traffic in the area but not far from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

CanadaI REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DONT HAVE A MICROWAVE FOR GUEST USE. AT LEAST IN THE LOBBY OR BY ICE MACHINE. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE THE STAFF REPLIED THEY HAD NO ONE TO CLEAN THE MICROWAVE. THATS WHY THEY DONT PROVIDE ONE. THIS IS ABSURD. I WASTED A LOT OF FOOD BECAUSE I WANST ABLE TO RE HEAT. Pool & hot tub were a great addition to the hotel which I enjoyed using. Overall good location and was ideal for me being close to the rainbow bridge crossing. Easily walkable to the attractions. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

CanadaSmall quibbles: pool could be warmer; carpet (in room) could use a shampoo before long; ice machine not on all floors; bathroom is dated (though in a charmingly retro way).
Great location for those wanting to visit Clifton Hill or walk/drive over the Rainbow Bridge to day-trek to the US side. Staff were friendly/helpful/communicative. Our room was ready/clean, and the rate was reasonable. The view from balcony for those with River View features sunrise over the Niagara River/Maid of the Mist area...lovely to wake up to. For those with kids, the little ones very much enjoyed the pool area. Parking is $15 for 24 hrs.
