The parking lot is small and creepy.

The jetted tub was awesome and the king size bed was super comfy. A/C was nice and cold.

Construction noise from adjacent rooms started around 9/10am and was very unpleasant and prevented sleeping- was not advised of potential for noise during checkin

The breakfast area was extremely cramped. The hotel is somewhat dated and could do with some renovation.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was conveniently located for our needs, and good value for money! We would stay there again if it was for around the same price.

The sound proof is really bad. I can hear people from upstairs pulling their luggage; neighbour taking shower; the laundry room running the machines. It was the only issue to us.

They have breakfast in the morning. The room is decent.

Breakfast: The breakfast provided was quite basic. If given the option, I would have preferred to exclude it and opt for just the bed. Hotel Interiors: The hotel appears outdated despite being well-maintained. Some modernization could help improve the overall ambiance. Security Deposit: The hotel blocked a security deposit from my credit card. It would have been better if this was communicated beforehand or if other alternatives were offered.

Cleanliness: The hotel was clean. The rooms are satisfactory, providing all the basic amenities one could need. Free Internet: I was pleased to find that the hotel offered free internet. The connection was reliable and fast, enabling me to stay connected with work and family without any hassle. Free Parking: The complimentary parking was an added bonus. It was easy to find a spot and the parking area was secure, adding peace of mind to my stay. Comfortable Bed: The bed in my room was comfortable. I had a restful night’s sleep, waking up refreshed each morning.

Why is a a security deposit of $200 charged? Its charged against my card and takes several days to go back onto my card which means I pay interest on that $200 till its returned! This is my main complaint!!!

No iron but I managed . I knew what to expect for the price I paid and it exceeded what my expectations were .

The staff was excellent to work with and they accommodated our special needs not having a credit card . The room was clean it's nothing special but it was immaculate and I had no issues .

Didn’t like how the deposit on site had to be made by credit card as I don’t think booking.com nor Monte Carlo made that clear. Grateful that they made an exception but frustrating none the less.

We requested a room with a Jacuzzi which was a lot nicer Jacuzzi than we used at a completely different property. It was easier to get out of, less hazardous. And we could face each other instead of sitting side by side.

The WiFi did not work at all. The sheets and towels are smelling to much from bleach.
