The kitchen could have had more than 1 small pot and a large broken skillet. The toilet was very slow to flush when we arrived and I eventually had to go ask for a plunger, it seems like that could have been in the room to begin with.

The room was quiet despite having a room with a view of the road and being so close to the village restaurants. Super close to the lifts and restaurants. The pool/hot tub was nice and hot and felt great after a long day on the slopes. We even used the in room sauna which was much bigger than anticipated and a great treat after a day of skiing. Very family friendly with several pull out bed options for the kids in the living and dining room. The staff were also very kind and responsive. I LOVED the option to check in and out online and have a room key on my phone. After check in, we went down a picked up a spare key for our kid that didn't have a phone to access a digital room key.

Because of its location the street noise from the bars and neighboring pools at night does travel into the rooms. However they do supply ear plugs .

Location is amazing! Staff super helpful and kind. Bed was comfortable. One of our favorites to stay in Whistler.

Fact that I had to pay $30 for parking when the hotel stay is way too expensive. The check out time is way too early and the noise from trucks so early in the morning. Bit annoying.

Hotel is definitely a bit dated. Closet door was missing near the front door/kitchen. Upper floor bedroom cable box was not plugged in, forcing me to climb up on a railing to reach the outlet. Was also missing the remote control as well upstairs. Under the pullout couch, really needs a good vacuum cleaning. Dining room chairs have lost the springs or foam so when you sit down, you sink into the seat, very uncomfortable.

Hotel location is great, really close to the bottom of the lifts. Walking distance to village. Loft room is a good size for a family. 2 bathrooms is great. Ski/board lockers are good.

Bed linens were horrible as well as the tub. Outlet didn’t work near the AC. W like to sleep cold so we wanted the AC which didn’t work. After speaking to the staff they said they r not in use during winter despite being plugged in. The outlet itself didn’t even work. And only giving us a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet for approx $400 a night is horrible and the fact that the mattress cover had a stain on it GROSS. Jet tub didn’t work and the knob was all bracket and broken. The plug barely fit the drain so u couldn’t keep water in the tub.

Great location and friendly staff. Storage locker was convenient downstairs for our skies. Kitchen had just what we needed to eat in if we wanted to. 3 min walk to gondola and right in the heart of the village which was fun.

Rooms were a little dated, the hot tub was really small and the hotel parking was very expensive and restrictive (30 dollars for just overnight, not cinluding the next ski day) which was very inconvenient

The 1pm limit on parking on checkout day was not very nice, but staff showed great flexibility. Parking on checkout day until 2pm would already be an improvement. Specially since you are charing $30 for this service. (which is more than elsewhere)

It would be nice to have slightly better supplies in terms of glasses, options for by the hot tub. Lack of paper towels, while environmentally friendly, can make clean up or meals difficult.

The size of the loft room and amenities available is great. The hot tub was beautiful especially at night when it was snowing. Staff were wonderful- especially Jordan!
