Having my own housekeeping business and having been a housekeeper at resorts, motel and hotels I found a lot of cleaning that was missed. The bed was nicely made and comfy.

The fact that we had to spend an additional 200.00 to put our Kitty in boarding after we planned to bring her with us. Then was told the DON'T TAKE CATS!!! So false advertising of being "Pet Friendly" which they are DOG Friendly. They should be clear about that cause we would not have stayed there if had said it.

It was private and no issues checking in or extending our trip.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Tidy well kept grounds. It'll be nice when they get the pools and Jacuzzis fixed. Very pleasant facility. Old fashioned motor court charm. Very nice.

The staff. They lied to me when I tried to rent for another week and told me that they were fully booked with not one room available and that my current room had been rented out for that day. I did a little research and went onto booking.com and found out that they had 9 rooms available for rent so I booked one. When I went to the office and confronted them they rented to me another week and let me stay in the room I was already in. I was not impressed with the lie and they also threatened to call the police on me before I had found out that they had rooms available when they told me they didn't. I use to really like this hotel but I am now going to take my business else where.

When I checked in, the front desk person wasn't very friendly. The venetian blinds in the bedroom were partially broken so we needed to cover the gap with tissue paper to maintain privacy.

My brother liked the pool. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful.

There is no breakfast included anymore and our room had cockroaches. Pretty sure the ownership has changed hands. Due to the fact it had numerous cockroaches, we will not be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you don't mind sharing with the resident roaches.

The location is good and the amenities are good(the outdoor pool was nice and warm. There's also an indoor pool with a hot tub). We didn't use it this time but last time we were there 5 years ago it was great.

Description said there was a putting green which there wasn't and the gym was closed. They were two selling points for my booking. Also my room did not have a back space to sit in the green area (unit 303) as the others. I felt a bit cheated

The staff mostly, the price for longer stay is abit tough if your not looking at paying lump sum upfront, but the location is good, room is great for my wife and son, it's good, I'd stay again. Keep staying, price bit heavy but summer rates should come down soon

Pool closed for 3 days. Pool area inside and workout room very ugly / dirty. It is an old hotel. The only nice area was the lobby. They did however keep the outside pool area very clean

The entire 'resort' is quite old and in need of some upgrades and maintenance. The breakfast was shut down and there weren't really any amenities. Even the vending machine wasn't working

We loved the pool and playground area. They were old and need a bit of TLC but it was nice to have them there

Usually with early check in there is a way to manoeuvre cleaning with rooms to adjust or fulfill a request. I requested early check in and was told it was not possible, however I did notice that rooms were being cleaned as I arrived and I feel like the request could’ve been accommodated but wasn’t. It only sucked cause I had a wedding to attend and had to bring my bags with me for the whole day and couldn’t check in or get ready for the wedding.

Indoor and outdoor facilities is a nice touch. Did not use or access.

first room we got, it didnt have fan in one room. tap was broken, water not coming. sink tap was broken. then we changed the room, it was better than the last one but again bath tub tap was broekn (but working), every morning no hot water even after complaining, TV remote battery stopped working twice in 4 days. every time i was opening the sliding door, curtain blinds were falling. mattressess were not comfortable. last day AC stopped working

It was kind of run down. Broken blinds, broken fans, the pool was big enough to swim in it, had a funny smell. We drove by the breakfast room that is now storage rather than breakfast.

Lots of room, the courtyard felt safe. Price is right.

Need a little tlc . Our front door looked like it was forced , didn’t close properly. The patio door keep falling off the track. Bathroom needs more cleaning.

Enough room for 7 persons. The pool was hot . Love the kitchen and the BBQ. Easy access to everything

I had specifically asked for no fragrances (including the use of scented cleaning products) be used as I have significant allergies to these. Unfortunately the room was **very** scented, and I recieved an email staing they would honour this request. Given there were no vacancies at other hotels, I had to suffer through & take medications to manage.

The bed was comfortable & the room was spacious.
