The unit was tidy and free from debris, however the tile floors had not been washed prior to our stay. I had to wipe up a small amount of water spilled and the paper towel was black. The units are a little dated and in need of touch up maintenance and it shows some wear and tear. There was a light burned out in the bathroom with made it a little dark trying to get ready for scheduled events.

The property was an excellent location to the venues we had to go and the unit was nicely laid out with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

It felt like we walked miles of hallways to an elevator, to then walk the entire length of the parking garage to our parking space. It was a lot for our disabled grand daughter. A cart or luggage rack should be available. I would have preferred a sofa and also a headboard that had leather/vinyl instead of fabric for sanitary reasons in a rental. We only got 1 washcloth & 2 hand towels for 5 people, but plenty of bath towels. We never sat on the balcony due to how small it was plus the cobwebs.

Distance from downtown area is a bit more then a walk, large property so can get a bit busy. Large pool area and lounge areas within the property.

Great location close to the water front, short distance from the downtown core and a few convenience stores. Locked to guests only with FOB key.

We found out upon arrival that the loft apartment we had booked was no longer available, and we were offered a den property instead. Having no options as we were already at the property, we accepted, with promises of a reduced rental charge. We did not receive a discount.

The kitchen was not clean , also carpet was stain and looks like was not vacuumed properly … also you should have duvet cover wash too , swimming pool overcrowded , … we each someone clean the balcony next door , omg this was not cleaning this was covering up the dust .

The property was not very generous on supplies. Empty dish soap and only a few dishwasher & clothes washer pods. The property manager was amazing though and was quick to stock us up!

The place was dirty, and very expensive for what you get. Pictures online look way better. Also had our paddle boards stolen from in the underground “secure” parking

Minor inconvenience of needing to have a lock repair done on the patio door access to the pool area, not a big deal, but we were not able to access the pool directly as advertised until the lock was repaired.

Night 1- thé sofa bed was not dressed and there was no spare blanket. I was informed in person that these would be provided. i complained the following day and a bag was left in the closet with a blanket and some sheets- they should have made the effort to dress the bed if they are going to call this a ‘resort’. i was then informed that I would receive credit for this, could not find the manager on checkout and left a note for him to contact me, no call so far and it’s been 5 days. Entire stay- the balcony and bbq were filthy, I have pictures showing the condition of surfaces. Unusable. Entire stay- the bathroom door locks did not work. i complained on the first morning and was informed this could not be fixed until we depart. Entire stay - pool was unusable due to the number of kids dive bombing into the pool. Nights 1 &2- dogs barking all night in neighbouring suite. we were informed this was a ‘no pets’ property…..

felt a bit run down. shower curtain came loose and two chains for blinds came off. one had been taped together. no fan so the loft was very hot.

Getting the key for the resort was a nightmare - had to arrange for someone to pick it up for us as there was no one available if you were after 5 pm. Terribly inconvenient and a big hassle. The unit was totally outdated and not overly clean. Felt very closed in as it was on the first floor with a dirty BBQ on a very small terrace. Lots of flies in the unit as well. Yuck overall. Will not be back, especially for the price.
