Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Thankfully, there was someone to help me access the building after a lengthy travel day. I did not receive a code for the lockbox. This appears to be an issue with booking.com reservations.
Quiet accomodations. Quiet location. Apt very well equipped as well as comfortable. Fireplace is a bonus. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed.

Shouldn’t have to put out your own garbage. This is what cleaning staff to. Should he cheaper rates if you need to put out the trash. Never ever saw this before

No issues except that one side door was often not closed tightly.
Excellent location. Very spacious. Outstanding bathroom with wonderful shower and separate tub. Plenty of free parking. Very very reasonable cost. Adequate fitness center. Lots of storage space for food and clothing. Highly recommended!

There were some repairs needed. The kitchen tap only turned off if in a specific location. We notified them at departure. The tack strip was poking through the carpet in the bedroom. Ouch! They repaired the tack strip as soon as they were notified. The bed was too hard. Very uncomfortable. The ambiance in the lobby and hallway was dark and somewhat unappealing. No natural light. Furniture piled up from a renovation.
Very convenient location to downtown. In suite laundry and well-appointed kitchenette. Fireplace was nice. Excellent shower and bath. Very quiet, never heard another guest. The workout room was well equipped. Suite was a generous size.

The only (very, very, very minor) complaint would be that there was no shelf in the shower stall for the shampoo. Everything else was way above average.
There was a full kitchen. The location was great.

The refrigerator was quite loud and old, the stove, too. The number on the keys was confusing because that was not the number of the apartment. We had expected that the sofa in the living room would be usable as an extra bed.
The location was great, there were some nice little things in the apartment like coffee and cleaning materials. There are a lot of electrical outlets - and three TVs (which I myself actually do not need). Spacious bathroom with bathtub. All the people in St. John’s are great!

We expected the sofa bed to be an actual pull out sofa bed rather than simply a long couch.

The downside was that the tub jets were problematic. I had been looking forward to a nice bubbly soak. That didn't happen. The TV is very complicated to operate. I suggest that your cleaning / maintenance staff wipe down the walls. The feature wall behind the bed was VERY dusty. One of the venetian blinds did not fit the window properly.
We loved the "at home" feeling of the suite and the resulting feeling of being at home in St. John's. The location was so central; we walked to many locations from the suite. Loved the fireplace. We appreciated the very friendly staff.

it was not an issue but there was construction work being done on the exterior of the building.
it was hot while we were in St. John’s so it was great to have air conditioning. loved the 3 TV’s and the size of the room. Great, quiet location and free parking were awesome.

The queen size bed in the one bedroom suite needs replacing. We could feel every spring in the mattress.

Only view was of neighbours’ backyards. Sofa was extremely hard and not very comfortable. Not very senior friendly as only counter stools available to sit on while eating. Small table with a couple of chairs is highly recommended.

Basic essentials are provided but make sure you bring or buy your own oil , salt and pepper if you plan to cook. Building is undergoing construction so noise is a factor. Bring your ear plugs .
Close to the Geo Centre and Signal Hill, walking distance to downtown , ample free parking space, plenty of kitchen basic essentials , e .g . plates , cups , pots and pans The unit I first check-in has water leak issue in the washroom . But the staff was quick to move me to a different room. Much appreciated.

I could not be more pleased with my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the suite was clean, comfy and well equipped. The location is ideal, a short walking distance from Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi and Downtown. I will definitely be back!
