Lovely hotel on the harbour front. Excellent location if you do not enjoy the busy city as outside of the centre. Was walking distance to the CN Tower. There was a pool but obviously closed for the winter. It looked like it would be a lovely place to relax though, so excellent for the summer time. Staff were welcoming. Room up to expectations. Very close to Amsterdam brewhouse which is right next door and a lovely place to eat and drink. Very easy to get to from union station on the tram- stop right outside the hotel.

Awesome view for breakfast, but $5 for coffee that tasted so so was not what I was expecting! Next time I will go to Tim Hortons for breakfast.

The parking was underground, public, and it was unbelievably awful. The parking lot is very dirty, some people think that the parking lot is a toilet... Water flows through the walls... also there is constant smoke. The parking lot is not guarded. At the same time, the staff at the check-in will charge you more for parking than you can pay yourself at the parking machine. When asked why so, the staff said that every 2 hours they will go and check if everything is okay with the car. I doubt that anyone did.
Big, comfortable bed. Great location. A beautiful view of the lake and the airport.

Clean environment , friendly staff, comfortable bed and great room, location was ideal for exploring Toronto on foot. An exceptional choice which made our first stay in Toronto magical.
