The value of money that I spent should include breakfast.. the restaurant opens at 8 am, and we left hotel around 7 am.. no chances to have breakfast at the hotel.

Many times able-bodied fail to realize that a slight ledge can be a safety hazard for people on wheelchairs. I actually fell afew times due to this oversight. Plus, heavy doors are hard to open without a companion, which I would like to open myself. The handicap room had a wedge in the doorway that I couldn't drive over, and the ramp from the parking lot was on a slight incline, which made me drive up leaning over to my right side. I had to rev up my small wheelchair to get up onto the sidewalk. This can be dangerous, especially if you can't stop on time before hitting a wall. I am speaking from experience, and hopefully, these oversights can be addressed.

The room was large enough for a motorized wheelchair. We had to move things around, but that's a norm for us. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Smitty's was conveniently located within the building. I appreciate the automatic doors at the front entrance plus the exterior door to our room. It made loading up our gear easier. The shower chair is a must, which addressed safety in the washroom.

Hot tub was more like a warm tub. A bit disappointing.

Staff were super friendly, and rooms were quiet even though you were close to main road.

Size of the room. Paint for bathroom ceiling was falling. Rest is fine.

The room is not massive, however, sufficient for two adults. Support staff was nice and proactive on keeping the property clean. The front desk took longer than usual for check-in. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes before we got the room keys. There is no charge for Parking and it is huge so one can always find parking space at any time of the day. Best part of the hotel is it's location. Near to highway & close for various eateries. Thanks for the service.

I would have liked a microwave in the room.

We loved the location.The room was comfortable and enough space for a family of 4 plus a dog. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and us adults loved relaxing in the hot tub.

It is a budget room, so it's hard to criticize it too hard. The mattresses were not fantastic for comfort, but they were clean. The bed linens had no hair on them - positive. Toiletries were as basic as possible (not even a shower cap), but again, it was there, not previously used.

The hotel is ok. It's a 80's hotel renewed in the early 2000's. It's nothing out of this world. It's not bad in any sense, but it's not mindblowing. They have a small pool (which I wasn't confident enough to use) and a tinny gym (that needs equipment from this decade). Would I book with them again? If they have a great price per night, sure. Will it be my best memory of Kelowna? No. It was convenient to be across the street from a mall and have many restaurants in the area.

The only thing I noticed was the window was too fogged up between the layers to see out very well. Did not affect my stay/sleep at all, but I noticed it.

Facilities were excellent. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the amenities, but they were lovely.

Only thing and it was minor was; that window dud not open alot wider. I do understand that is for security reasons.

The Best thing about Ramada Kelowna is the Staff the two Ladies at front office Cash and, Sushi were; the very Best, and made all my room extentions a breeze, also gave me the time I needed for CC problems I was having on my last evening. 10/10.
