The bed did not have a pillow top like most all chains that I stay at. It felt as if I was sleeping on a box spring set. :( Also no breakfast was offered.

Cleanliness of the bathroom floor. Windows wouldn't shut. Heating didn't work, had to ask for portable heater.

Carpet dirty. And bathroom ceiling fell when my son closed the door. Someone came to clean and put back the piece that fell but it moved everytime the door opened or if fan turned on.

No pool or hot tub. Hot water was intermittent. Couldn’t get TV to work-housekeeping had to fix it. Very limited movie channels. Carpet had some stains that looked very much like poop stains from a pet. No coffee in the lobby. If there was an ice dispenser, we never found it. If you advertise as a non-smoking facility, pot/weed should be included in that. The smell of pot is very nauseating to me,?just like cigarette smoke.

This was once an elegant hotel with several event rooms, a restaurant and pool/spa facilities. It has seen better days, the wallpaper is peeling, there are dings and chips out of the hallway walls and doors, the furniture in the rooms is mismatched with minimal lamps, so it’s dark, and the tv remote didn’t work properly. We stayed two separate times on different legs of our journey. The first night we got a room with only one saggy, creaky bed and no hot water (in a town known for its hot springs). The front desk person was transactional and failed to tell me or give me a pass to the public hot springs, so I paid myself. I disliked the experience so much that I hadn’t planned on returning, but due to timing was unable to reschedule my hotel. So we returned prepared to be disappointed. We were pleased to encourage two friendly and helpful front desk staff who told me about the pool voucher, and the room had much nicer beds, still shabby, but clean, got hot water and pressure and we got a pretty view of the mountains, although through a dirty window.

The location is great, Harrison Hot Springs is a charming resort area. We were in the off-season so it was quiet but still nice. The hotel has seen better days and needs TLC.

Bathroom in bad shape with ceiling needing work. Also the bathtub drain was clogged and when we complained they said they couldn’t fix it and that it was the piping. We ended up pulling a bunch of old hair that was in the drain and it started working so seemed like housekeeping didn’t put in much effort in trying to fix it.

The hotel needs some touches here and there, the bed sheets were clean, however the carpet had stains. The shower drain didn't work properly (you need to be patient).

Comfortable and clean queen (two) beds, great location (Harrison Hot Spring is a small town), standard stuff as you expected from what you paid. fast check-in/out and clean lobby. Additionally, you get free access to the public hot springs pool!
