Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Breakfast is not provided and resto associated with hotel opens only at 11 am. A room microwave oven would be appreciated. Ask for rooms close to elevators if there are mobility problems.
Newer facilities with gated parking, huge bathtub, good sized balcony and refrigerator. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet.

Renovations were a bit challenging. But overall not a problem.

The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee setup in the room. Coffee was undrinkable. Decent coffee and cream things in the fridge would be a big improvement.
Nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, on the quiet side of the building. Reasonably priced and lovely staff!

The day shift manager was amazing, she went out her way to help me find the suitable accommodation. I really wish that we had more people like her in management positions, people who are genuinely there to help customers even if that means having to do the extra work.

They have a coffee maker and supplies, bottled water in the fridge would have been welcome.
The hotel is under renovation, we were in one of the refurbished rooms. They have done an awesome job. Bed was probably the most comfortable l have ever had in a hotel.

Everything was very good and my only comment was that the gate system to park could be much better designed and convenient.
Enjoyed a facility built quite awhile ago, so room size and bathroom were larger than newer hotels. Everything was up to date and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were excellent. An added benefit was the attached pub that had excellent staff, food and value for dollar.

The gate by the pool and restaurant into the property was broken so it defeated the purpose of the secure parking gates. It’s under renovation so hard to judge. Pool is only seasonal but did have a working hot tub.
The location to the arena was great. It wasn’t a far walk to the water either. Lots of places to walk to near by. It had a nice hot tub. Restaurant attached had the best potato skins and a delicious margarita.

It was confusing it find the room. Needed to pass through a gate w/ the key card. I all worked fine but it wasn't clear from the instructions that we needed to enter the way we did. A bigger issue - the water in the shower never got hot. Luke warm at best. That was not good.
Room was fine - clean etc. About what we expected. The place is undergoing some renovations so that caused some extra early morning noise... Staff was friendly and helpful except... see below -- how to find the room

Everything was fantastic
The hotel felt more like going to a resort. There is a restaurant on site that is amazing called Local pub and Eatery. A pool and hot tub that is a private area which was nice. Also a playground for little kids. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I give this an all around 10. The location was also excellent would definitely stay here again.

Noise carried quite a bit (ie- loud talking,other toilets flushing)not great if you’re a light sleeper. Bathtub still had hair in it.

Service in restaurant very poor. We ordered meals to take back to our room - our order sat on the bar for 25 minutes so was cold and not as described in the menu. Very disappointed.

The parking!!! We had to park on the other side of property which was extremely inconvenient. Also when we do express checkout ( left room cards in our room) we couldn’t get out. This process was awful

Furnace was a wall unit and was either on or off, couldn't set a temperature for auto run, but was effective in quickly warming room. Room had a fridge,but would have been nice if they had also added a small microwave.
Room was very nice, recently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Shower was a unique triangle shape but worked great. Bedding was of a high quality and cozy.

My third time staying here in the last two years. Everything was just great, no complaints at all. Very friendly reception staff. Room clean as always. And I just love the hot tub in outdoor gazebo (open all year round, towels provided).
