Rooms needed a bit of TLC. Fridge in 213 had one shelf; cavernous so couldn’t put anything in it. Hook off bathroom door broken off and door lock too. Just small things that make a difference.

It was clean. Good price. Beds very comfortable.

the room i had booked was not the same one i was placed in this is the second time this has hapend,, down grade with no comment from the staff on why nor did anyone want to help with any other offers to make it so i would want to come back. disappointed in the snack in the morning for the guests

I am a nitpicker when it comes to clean (besides the long hair on the bathroom floor, baseboard trim hanging off the wall, missing ceiling fan cover and insane ice build up in the freezer of the fridge), two things irked me about this place: heat/air conditioner. I opend the lid to find the choices were low, medium, high. No heat, air conditioner dial whatsoever. I discovered the wall thermostat much later. Maybe a florescent arrow pointing to the thermostat?! (I must say, I have stayed in many hotel rooms and have never seen a thermostat in that spot before!). The other item was the tv. Couldn’t get it to turn on. Called the front desk, the clerk would come over. After waiting a reasonable length of time (Grandma was getting pissy, was going to miss Americas Funniest Videos), I walked to the front desk (“Oh sorry, after checking other guests in, I completely forgot”!). After several attempts, got the tv working, without sound. He left and came back with an armful of remotes and extra batteries and found one that worked to operate sound. Also for the breakfast bar, butter for the toast or cream cheese for the bagels would have been appreciated!

Came in quickly so didn't see the small sign about water shut off at 9 am, so no shower when it was time to leave. Would not have been able to dry myself anyways as there was not one towel, floor towel or face cloth in the room.

There could have been some more variety in breakfast. I just got to eat a toast and not a very good apple. There should have been eggs, muffins...something.

This is a tired older building. Which isn’t a problem if you’re expecting a budget hotel whose main selling feature is that it’s right on the highway. Which this is. If it was priced under $100 I think it would meet or exceed everyone’s expectations

Didn't have enough metal cutlery, plates were rough to touch, no cream. Both the sink and bathroom drains, drained very slowly and there was a distinct moldy smell upon entering the room(Room 308) I suspect caused by the drain in the sink. There is no elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage.

I liked the pancakes, muffins, yogurt. Coffee was fresh but there was no cream only milk. There were choices of cereal and fruit. Bed was comfortable and clean.
