We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyHonestly I didn't have any relevant issue.
I booked a room at this hotel together with a colleague to visit Vancouver during the weekend before our travel back to Europe. However, we were relocated to the Pacific Gateway hotel because the government took over all the hotel rooms at the original facility to accommodate Ukrainian refugees. Nevertheless, we did not have any issue as the other hotel was even closer to the airport and we were offered a taxi ride at our departure. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was really kind. Every morning we had a 10 $ coupon to choose among the different offers of food and drinks for breakfast.

CanadaI was not informed of the change in booking until I arrived at the Ramada. It was not such a huge deal as the Executive Inn hotel was across the street but it would have been better to be informed.
The Ramada was overbooked and they booked me into the Executive Inn across the street, this turned out to be a very good alternative. After a long day of flights and airport line-ups, I was very glad just to get somewhere I could sleep before my flight the next day. I was invited to come to the Ramada for breakfast the next day, I couldn't do it because of my schedule but I thought that was a reasonable thing to offer. I have stayed at this Ramada many times over the last 30 years, many staff and I recognize each other, I like it there.

Nice to have a hot meal option at breakfast, room was small during rush it was super busy and no highchair available. All staff we interacted with were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. We found the bed super comfortable! Underground parking, and location to hospital is wonderful.
