We skipped it. We were too early for it. The place was tidy and fairly quiet. The staff were kind and engaging. I liked seeing the inclusion and acceptance of various people staying there.

Honestly I didn't have any relevant issue.

I booked a room at this hotel together with a colleague to visit Vancouver during the weekend before our travel back to Europe. However, we were relocated to the Pacific Gateway hotel because the government took over all the hotel rooms at the original facility to accommodate Ukrainian refugees. Nevertheless, we did not have any issue as the other hotel was even closer to the airport and we were offered a taxi ride at our departure. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was really kind. Every morning we had a 10 $ coupon to choose among the different offers of food and drinks for breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty poor quality. However, I appreciate that covid was still a concern and the hotel was hosting a number of Ukrainians.

The rooms allocated had an adjoining room and in a very quiet location overlooking a lovely stand of large trees.

I was not informed of the change in booking until I arrived at the Ramada. It was not such a huge deal as the Executive Inn hotel was across the street but it would have been better to be informed.

The Ramada was overbooked and they booked me into the Executive Inn across the street, this turned out to be a very good alternative. After a long day of flights and airport line-ups, I was very glad just to get somewhere I could sleep before my flight the next day. I was invited to come to the Ramada for breakfast the next day, I couldn't do it because of my schedule but I thought that was a reasonable thing to offer. I have stayed at this Ramada many times over the last 30 years, many staff and I recognize each other, I like it there.

we had to wait an hour at the airport for transport. Phoned the hotel who said it should have been there but wasn't. Other journeys to the airport were very efficient.

We had a 5 am wake up for a 7am flight but shuttle doesn't begin until 6 am so we had to take a taxi. However staff booked it for us and it was right on time.

the sheets on bed horrible. mattress pad then another mattress pad before the fitted sheet. was constantly having to get up to retuck the corners back in. plus I didn’t need a top sheet, duvet and another top sheep. felt I was constantly making the bed just so I could sleep

Nice to have a hot meal option at breakfast, room was small during rush it was super busy and no highchair available. All staff we interacted with were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. We found the bed super comfortable! Underground parking, and location to hospital is wonderful.
