The simplicity and the warmest welcome by staffs

Unfortunately, we had a room with a hum behind the bathroom wall. It wasn't noticeable until we went to bed. Fortunately, we could minimize the noise by closing the bedroom and bathroom doors.

Quiet scenic location outside of town so transportation is needed to get anywhere.

A 4 night stay, 1 towel each. I asked for one more set and it was very kindly given so no complaints about the staff but it looks skimpy in my opinion. Ever since COVID no more coffee service in the foyer, just too bad 😞

Our 3-night stay was way to short!

Everything was very good, beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and enjoying the outdoor hot tub after a long day of exploring the area and the underground parking option. Close to downtown Canmore with wonderful breweries and eateries and short drive to Banff National Park. Staff were very friendly and polite. We’ll be back for sure!

Small hottub and pool; no breakfast or food or room service on site; no wifi in the rooms was a very large disappointment- never have paid and stayed at a hotel that didn’t include wifi in the room.

Only downside was free WiFi in a lobby only.

Big comfortable studio, kitchen with all necessary equipment, even some spices, tea and coffee. Very spacious. Comfortable bed.

There were only some very small things. The sofabed was fairly hard and thus not very comfortable, some glasses were not properly cleaned and the pool was quite busy almost all of the time. There also only was free wifi in the lobby and you had to pay to get wifi in your room, which I think is not really of this time, but the lobby was nice and not busy so it wasn't a big problem to us. Besides these small remarks we had an amazing stay

The hotel was located beatifully and was an amazing value for money comparing it to other hotels in Canmore. Appartment was very spacious, offered a nice view, and the kitchen had everything you need and more. The gym and pool were nice for the evening and you can make free use of the 6 barbecues located outside. The staff was superb, were very nice and helpful and they let you rent bear spray for free during your stay. Highly recommend.

The English of one of the girls at reception was bad and it was hard for her to understand us properly even though she was very friendly.

The whole apartment was really nice and clean . Location was good, 5 minutes from town centre.

Nothing not to like.

The staff at the welcome desk were excellent. We had an issue with our car and Jade who's worked nights and the ladies the next morning were so helpful, a real credit.

Our room was great but quite small...the balcony was nice to have.

Lovely location...family friendly and quiet. Outdoor bbqs for cooking...nice pool for the kids and is open all year round.

Amazing value for money!!! We were on a family holiday all the way from Scotland and had booked this last minute whilst we were in Banff as we weren’t keen on finishing our holiday back in Calgary. Most places were fully booked so we had limited choice and settled on the Worldmark. We couldn’t believe what we got for the value we paid! Facilities were fantastic, very clean and the best hotel we had stayed in during our trip. The staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect! I am already planning our next trip here and we have agreed we will be staying here for the best part of it!

*We do not like being told by email after booking that rooms were charged charged in US $ ?? and charged on day of booking rather than arrival or departure date.. that is archaic especially if you book weeks/months in advance. *We did not like that there is no paper or email receipt given when departing and told we have to now go back and try to get through Booking.com? We require a receipt to be reimbursed for expenses for a medical appointment and now have attempt getting one? *On the webpage when booking it did not indicate that Wifi was not free in the rooms, we only found out on check in...we were told free wifi in lobby, but we were not able to get it there either. Only the pay options kept popping up? We had difficulty with the location to even access our data for use. Difficult when trying to deal with business issues that arose while at the property. *although we had a kitchen our last stay but in the future for the price ant of the accommodations a continental breakfast would be nice similar to other properties in the same price range and being a bit of a drive to restaurants *It needs to have more than one luggage rack per room. Multiple people per room need multiple racks. *The bedding was nice but main bed quilt was thinner and the spare blanket provided was needed for couch bed. Yes can ask for more but be nice to have enough already in the room * We were disappointed that the pool table advertised on the web page was not available for use due to Covid policy??? Yet people can sit 12 deep in a hot tub? Time to get the pool table going again!

*The lay out of the kitchen suite was great, especially the bathroom being out of the bedroom for others to use. *The kitchen suite was very well stock with cooking supplies and dishes etc. Could use more sugar for coffee etc, but loved the little spices! *The kitchen table is a good size to eat and play games. Very nice to have a vacuum etc in the closet and access to laundry. *I'd suggest a bit bigger kitchen garbage can with a lid so the coats etc hanging in the closet do not end up smelling like garbage. A tall slender narrow open shelf system by door would be great for winter gear, hats etc. also a small dish drain rack might be handy. *Everythng was very clean. *The heated pool, hot tubs and sauna were great and clean. The pool towels were nice and big too. *The property was quiet and you could not here any noise from other occupied rooms around us. *The staff was very friendly *Loved the free under ground parking! *Liked the access to some walking/hiking right from the property
