Very slow check-in/check-out process. When we checked in they didn’t give us a breakfast voucher (we had paid for breakfast to be included), so they charged us again at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Don’t understand why they don’t have a system in place in the restaurant, where they check your room number, to see if you’ve already paid or not, for breakfast included in your room rate. This made checking-out an even longer process. Expensive car parking, should be included in the price of the room which is quite expensive for a night. Unfortunately for us there were some terrible children running up and down the corridor during the evening, screaming and yelling, thinking it was ok to entertain themselves outside everyone’s rooms. Not the hotels fault of course, it’s just a shame the parents let their kids act like that and don’t care about other guests.

The room was nice, with an excellent view of the falls from the 23rd floor. The bed was very comfortable. Quite a good selection of food for breakfast.

Very scarce employee number. During our stay we only saw one employee at the entry/registration desk. No security, floor workers, etc around. No active bar at the hotel, lobby bar was closed during our stay.

Location can’t be better. Highly recommend getting the Fallsview rooms, the best view of both the falls.

When we first checked in we noticed the room was extremely small and not much area to walk around. We also had our kids so we needed more space. There was a baby with a playpen and a 4 and 8 yrs old.

The breakfast was great. Food was fresh and delicious. The view and location was amazing. We could see over the falls and surrounding areas.

Great view from the room. It's great to be able to see the illuminated waterfall from a room. And breakfast is also good. If I have friends who want to go see the waterfall, I recommend this hotel.

The bathroom, while clean and tidy, had two a problems. One is lighting - there's only one light source and it is very dim. The other one - there's not enough hangers for the towels. There were three of us, and we had trouble hanging all our towels. The breakfast area is good, but not big enough, which leads to the lines (it took us some 15 min to get to the table). The parking options are rather expensive. Finally, the constant sound from the falls may be somewhat annoying if you are sensitive enough.

We've booked a room with the falls view and got one on the 17th floor almost at the corner of the building - and we've got THE VIEW! It was fascinating both at the day and at night! And it is not on the hill, but, effectively on the first line, so getting to walk to the falls is very fast and convenient. The room was rather spacious with two fairly big and comfortable beds. All was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very good, with a decent choice of food. Finally the hotel has an almost direct connection to the waterpark, which is also a huge bonus if you're there with the kids.

This hotel is HUGE! I selected it because I wanted my mom to have a view of the Falls for her birthday. I had no idea this hotel also consisted of and was connected to a waterpark, the Crown Plaza - where our first dinner was, a food court and more. You never have to go outside if you don't want to.

The only hotel pool was very small and packed with families the whole stay. It was march break so very very busy. The walk to the waterpark was very long and the elevators were always packed and lined up.

The walk to the parking lot was a little confusing and not super straightforward. There’s also an interesting elevator system that gets congested with all the crowds going to the indoor water park.

The view of the Falls was unparalleled and unobstructed. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable.
