Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Basically nothing serious. The safe in the room did not work due to battery power; but after my complaint the problem was solved within 10 minutes. That shows the quality of the hotel: if there is a problem, it will be fixed very fast.
Very comfortable suit/room, perfectly clean, room service was perfect, mini bar, safe, several USB plugs near kitchenette and near the bed, bathroom very clean and very well maintained by room service every day, very friendly and helpful staff at lobby - well, I was more than 100 percent happy during my stay

Our single night price was too expensive versus our following multi-nights . Valet rate was definitely too pricey. It equals to 15% additional to the cost of our stay. I found this extreme. Plus we have to tip the good service of the valet. Customers of the hotel should have a preferential rate than city parking.
Definitely the excellent service, very Professional staff from reception, valet and restaurant, location, rooms.

Be able to order food at the restaurant from your room. I was frustrated with the process and just never ate at the hotel.

Nothing! Everything from valet parking to check in and check out and everything in between was good.
Spacious comfortable spotlessly clean rooms. It was really nice to have the separate living and sleeping areas. We booked two apartments, the second one for our son, his wife, and their 4 year old. This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s close to a park, and a very good restaurant across the road, as well as two good bars. We stayed New Year’s Eve this time. Breakfast was very good, and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are good, and I liked the separate lounge kitchen area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the best I’ve slept on. So much so I took photos of the brand! The suite was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Not like a lot of hotels these days that provide just the basics! We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant in the evening which we throughly enjoyed, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. There were 4 adults and 1 child and we all enjoyed our stay. We have booked another night for New Years Eve, and we know that it’s going to be perfect!
