The pullout couch was absolutely disgraceful. The springs were popping out and I ended up sleeping on the floor because it was comfier than the pullout. I am so disappointed in this, because we travelled with 5 people and needed that extra bed. I would like to get some compensation for this as it was terrible.

The room was amazing. We were surprised with how big it was. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen! The balcony was also awesome!

We liked everything!

I loved the room. It was very cozy and warm. The suite was very spacious as well and was equipped with laundry and a full functioning kitchen! The staff were very pleasant and it was in a great location. We will definitely return!

We stayed for 6 nights- it was perfect for us. We had a car so it was ideal, but you can still walk anywhere you need to. It is on the highway, however we didn’t notice the noise as the windows are double glazed. We would stay here again.

For the most part, I loved the cozy lighting. However, it would have been nice to have the option of at least one brighter, white light as I'd hoped to do some watercolour painting. The lights under the kitchen counters threw a LOT of heat, which was a problem because the room was overly warm even when we shut off the heating and opened all the windows. We appreciated the fans that were provided as the ventilation was poor, but I think they might have needed a good cleaning. There was a humidifier provided but it looked like there were mouse droppings in it. If I could fix one thing for future visits, it would be the ventilation. It was hard to breathe and the fan setting on the thermostat didn't work. Also the bed was like a rock.

The room was lovely. We appreciated the full kitchen especially, and the bathtub was amazing! We made full use of it. The decor was nice, though the snarl of wires below the TV was really ugly and detracted from that. Loved the in-suite laundry too. The view was beautiful. The restaurant was also incredible and I wished we'd tried it before the very last day because we would have spent more time there. The view was stunning, the food was great and the sake selection was excellent!

Clearly under renovation so there was a smell of paint and workers around but great to see they are renovating. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Bed was a bit hard but we only stayed one night. Would definitely book here again!

Great value for your money, wild orchid restaurant on site was amazing! Underground parking. Hot tub and steam room.

Overall the suite needed updating, eg. the woodwork is worn , the sofabed is very uncomfortable, had to put blankets on the mattress to make it bearable. Carpets in the hallway needed cleaning or replacing.

The kitchen lighting was a bit dim. The 1 bdrm suite the bedroom in the suite was small with only a XL double bed but comfortable. Not sure if all the bedroom suites are the same but this one the ground floor was.

The Lodge is built very sound and is very quiet in the suites. Well equipped kitchen in the 1 bdrm we stayed in.. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in the area.

We got in at around 10:05pm and the front doors were locked, we had to call a number on the door in order for them to let us in even though the lady at the front desk could clearly see us standing there trying to get in. After a long drive in a snow storm it was a little frustrating.

I love having a kitchenette to use especially when you don’t feel like eating out while you’re away from home.

Neighbors are very noisy, room was a conjoined room with two locked doors separating them, however that adds more noise to travel into our room from theirs... Room was equipped with speakers and a stereo however none of it worked, no big deal, however the neighbors WAS working, and they played music really loud. Quiet time was at 11pm-7am, and we werent disturbed during those hours thankfully

Good views outside, heating has no controls but window opens and ac is included, fireplace is an additional heater. Kitchenette was perfect, bed was large and decently comfortable. Parking is great too. Staff was nice and helped accommodate us to a different room when our fridge stopped working.
