the location of my room was directly across from the parking garage so all night I got headlights shining into my bedroom window. we were also told we would have a propane barbecue that had an electric barbecue that was hard to regulate temperature and burnt my dinner.

the hotel was wonderful! the mountain view was beautiful the amenities were great! Wonderful place to stay with the fam jam. just would like a different room location.

Small pool, we couldn't use it due to it being always over capacity. It was the main reason we chose our stay at Solara, because it had a pool. There was only one busy elevator. For the family of 6 we got a very small frying pan which was unwashed by the previous occupants. It was left dirty in the drawer, covered in burnt eggs. It took us an hour to make some breakfast:). The mattress was semi ok. The door to the hall way had gaps all around that was leaking light at night which was waking me up. The lock between our room and kids was not working so that didn't give us, adults, any privacy to enjoy our weekend.

Our room seemed a bit worn. Towels were rough and falling apart. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The leather couches in the rooms were extremely worn out. The kitchen was missing some dishes. For the price we paid there are definitely nicer hotels in the area that I would prefer to stay at next time.

Great location and the 2 bedroom room was excellent for 2 couples.

Minor maintenance issues (code to lock not initially working, bathtub tap wouldn’t shut off, internet stopped working) which were all resolved promptly

Great location, superb unit with view of mountains. The two bedroom suite met our needs with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. I would definitely recommend this complex.

The pool & hottub were very small. When visiting in the evening there was dozens of children seemingly not being watched due to the amount of running on the wet floor & jumping in from the sides.

The rooms were very spacious - had all the necessities such as large fridge, oven & stove, large sink & large island. The fireplaces in both living room & bedroom were amazing and broughtt the cozy vibes. The tub and shower were simply stunning and so relaxing.

They recommend and openly advertise One Wellness. But, no discount unless check in counter gives you a card. Only 10% discount but, knowledge and sharing is power.

Some of the other tenants in the building don't understand the 10pm quiet rule. There was some people running up the hallways around 11:30 at night. This is my only dislike.

I really love the layout of the room and everything was very clean. It was a very nice place to stay and I will definitely come again. I always love going to the mountains and everything was within walking distance.

The kitchen had limited supplies. There were no scissors which would have been handy and very few pots, no bowls other than cereal bowls and only one small serving dish.

The property was in a great location for us. It had underground parking which accommodated our van with a Thule on top. Our room was very reasonably priced, so I felt we got good value.

The condo was excellent, well equipped. Small pool, hot tub, wellness centre onsite. Market cafe in lobby, meals avaikabke and wekk sticked deli market.

One of the beds was lumpy; not comfortable.

Two bedroom/two bath with kitchen. Perfect for getaway with friends.

Disappointed that there is a 10 am check out with no negation of leaving after 11 Not even standard 11 am check out. When you pay good money for a place to sleep and you are on VACATION- you should have the option to sleep in and have breakfast in the condo. By the time we tried to relax and eat our breakfast- we were stressed trying to follow the early check time . You should change this. This is a condo with kitchen amenities. No time for a shower, no time to relax, clean up, pack up It’s go- go-go We were irritated by this. Made our morning very busy instead of relaxed. I won’t stay here again they allow at least 11 am check out.

Comfortable bed and linens, clean, comfortable, great suite amenities, nice little deck with clean out door furnishings. Large bathtub, spacious, easy to manage room temperature, good parking options

We only had two things we didn’t love. 1. we were in Aurora and it was kind of annoying to have to go into the parkade to go from our suite to the lobby or pool or to the bow part where our family was. 2. The pool wasn’t very exciting for a resort this fancy but we’re glad there was a pool.

We enjoyed the entire suite. It was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy. We appreciated that there were so many appliances and dish ware to make us feel more at home and help save us money especially on breakfast and coffee/tea! The spa was nice too! We also loved the local coffee (caused us to go buy some!) as well as lots of extra shampoo etc.

Parking is tight, hard to get big vehicles in and out of spaces.

Location is great! Nice views and only 25 minutes from Banff. Black dog cafe is right across the street. Didn’t go into many of the facilities.

Within easy walking distance of Canmore and access to the motorway. On-site parking. Apartment was huge with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay

The price for this place was pretty high. Given that you could not check in until 4 pm, and I had to ask for special consideration to check out at 11 am

Lovely place, unfortunately we were in Canmore for a wedding and only slept there. It was very clean and comfortable. We had no time to use the kitchen or amenities.
