Nice quiet location. Seemed like we were the only ones in the villa. However we were given a room that had older mattress. Had a couple of holes in the wall, notified staff and rather than move us to empty chalet we were told that they had it done for repairs.

I was there for hiking, so it was a great location for that purpose. The restaurant on site was a bonus!

Small desk fixed to the wall and no power source/plug by the desk. Room size is a bit too small for my liking, but others may think it is cozy, similar to most European hotel rooms. The kind of run down motel exterior may give wrong impression about the quality the motel offers.

Excellent mattress quality that usually ONLY offered by top hotels that probably charge 4-5 times more. The cleanliness of the room is exceptional - not even dust under the bed, which shows the effort/care of cleaning staffs and management. There were enough power plugs in the room and it is important to travellers like myself who have quite a few electronic/electric devices. There were even good hooks for your heavy coats by the front door. Parking right in front of your room door is definitely a big plus for travelling with lots of luggage. Price is right.

Upon arrival it was very strange to us that we had to phone someone to come down to check us in, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The area was a little odd as it seemed to be in a more industrial area of the town when we expected it would be out of town a little.

The chalet we stayed in for 3 nights was like new and exactly as the pictures depicted. Very comfortable!

The check-in process was rather impersonal, and the office was never open after that. Also, the restaurant is apparently not associated with the motel office although it shares its space. Don't expect anyone in the restaurant to know anything about motel problems; just call the phone number posted on front door.

We stayed in a very small but nicely refurbished old motel room associated with the "chalets." It was funky in a nice kind of way and very clean. We blew a fuse by using the coffee maker and portable air conditioner at the same time, but the manager and her husband were there to locate and fix the problem within minutes. The restaurant seemed to be newly reopened by a new owner who was trying to do way too much with way too little staff; however, the food - when we finally got it - was quite good and the bill - to our surprise - was correct. This place is very convenient to Waterton Lakes National Park, which we had visited before, so we enjoyed some nice hiking there as well as fantastic ice cream (twice) at Big Scoop on Main Street.

Upon arrival there was a few things that needed to be rectified. Upon talking with the staff they promptly fixed the issues and the stay was pleasant. Very happy overall the chalet was very nice inside and loved the balcony. I would stay there again. I was impressed by the efficient and friendly hotel manager

1) Room was so warm it was difficult to sleep; on hot days suggest they leave AC running all day so guests are comfortable 2) Bathtub extremely slippery; suggest rubber bath mat 3) Rug adjacent to "wall/table side" of bed very thin and easily bunched up resulting in terrible TRIPPING HAZZARD

The mattress was awful, very hard and uncomfortable.

Parking is tight but with a group of motorcyclists we were able to fit in.

The Chalets looked new and beautiful but we stayed in the renovated rooms that were air conditioned and clean. The wood fired pizza is excellent and on site ice cream made for a great stay.

The bed occupied too much space in the bedroom and thus it made it difficult to open up suitcases. The bed was also very high which could potentially cause a problem for people with mobility issues

The chalet was very clean and beautifully appointed. The BBQ facility was a nice addition.
