Because of the setup of the one bedroom suite the bedroom gets all the sunlight while the living room area gets very little. Therefor lights in that room must be turned on.

Room was very comfortable as well as the bed. Breakfast was very good. Gym has the equipment required for a workout.

The staff was very helpful - we had a break down and were very late getting in and the lady at the front was wonderful!

The king size bed. We both and our little one could sleep comfortably. Groceries was nearby and we could pick up milk for our little one. Room had 2 TVs so we could watch tv outside while our little one slept in the room..

Great location easy to find staff friendly. Good breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. Pools was perfect temperature to usually pools are cold and this one even is adults went for a swim

Everything is just old, run down and slightly dirty. My biggest issue isn’t even the hotels fault but there were several sports teams staying at the same time and they (adults and kids) had absolutely zero respect for anyone else staying in the hotel.

I really wanted to like this property and it checked all of our boxes, with having a pool and waterslide for the kids and a decent breakfast selection. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful so you can tell they are really trying to be competitive. But ultimately you will get what you pay for.

I didn't love the beds or pillows but they were better than a lot of hotels (I didn't wake up with sore hips). Being right off MacLeod Trail (our bedroom faced it) was a little noisy traffic wise but once you're asleep it probably won't be an issue (unless an emergency vehicle passes with sirens going).

Staff were fantastic & my son really liked the pool/waterslide/hot tub & that our room had a separate bedroom so he could go to sleep easier! Continental breakfast was good too, not a huge variety but enough (sausage, eggs, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt). The whole place looked very clean.

Checkin was easy, room was what I hd booked, breakfast is very good, gym is small but has the weights and machines to do a good workout, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beds were super comfortable, staff were very accommodating and responsive. Wally went above and beyond a few times for us and even remembered the kids' names. Pool/hot tub were great. Very clean!

It’s a motel pretty worn out and they still have high prices for rooms. The bathroom is too small and unfortunately this time wasn’t very clean, lots of hair around the sink and on the floor.

The bathroom shower was very unfinished, old and dirty. Taking a shower gave me the creeps because when you looked up, you can see splotches of mould or mildew… we also stayed on New Year’s Eve, so I felt like the hotel was very messy due to it being crowded maybe? There is things spilled in the elevator it made it sticky.

I like the pool area itI was very clean, the bed part of the room was nice and the vanity was huge. (Nice for getting ready aka hair and make up)

1-Breakfast was so poor .2- The laundry needs coins to use it and front dest can provide the coins ONLY if you have cash to get it !🙁.

The staff serving breakfast was not very friendly. The hot breakfast did not contain any bacon or sausage as mentioned by the reception but two egg dishes.

The location of the place is good. The spa was nice.

Couldn’t sit down for breakfast as there was insufficient seating. Had to stand. Line up for food was long cold by the time you did your toast.Ran out of waffles and bagels by 9 15am.

No heat. The TV should have been in the sitting room. Lots of spillage on the carpet in the sitting room. Was disappointed, the add said restaurant and lounge. [Not you can walk to one]

The staff was very friendly, loved the separate room for a sink & sitting area.
