Breakfast was really minimal. There was fruit and yogurt but there were only a few muffins left.

Location was very far from downtown and cost me a lot for a taxi...taking public transit the next day took me over two hours but was safe and ok as a solo.traveller.

Owner was very accommodating to me in all respects. I arrived very late at night and had accidentally left my passport at a prior hotel in Vancouver...he allowed me access regardless and even helped with late check out...I was very grateful for this kindness and understanding especially as I was so exhausted with a very late train arrival from via rail.

Bed had no extra blankets or pillows available which can be a huge comfort when travelling and different comfort levels for each person. Generally motels have these items in the closet space or dresser drawers.

The staff greeted me with quick service and supplied information. The room was at the back of the motel which helped with a quiet atmosphere. The room was clean and had most things needed for a comfortable stay. We did not access the breakfast due to other plans. Did not see anyone at checkout but directions available for key return. We will stay with this motel in future due to cost and convenience.

Nothing we didn't like, quite close to the railway but it didn't bother us.

We were pleased with this motel, nice and clean. Better than I was expecting. The staff were nice. The area was good on the way out of town. Would stay here again.

You have to flush the toilet twice every time - waste of water - get new toilet in 116

Breakfast was weak coffee, muffins, yogurt and I think one fruit. You had to pick it up at the office and take it to your room to eat it.

The Built in Fridge didn't work in the Kitchen. So there was another one just dropped in the corner by the bed. The only issue with this was that the second fridge was not plugged in. When I arrived with warm drinks and medications that need refrigerated, It wasn't ready for me. I arrived late (I called to warn the staff I might be there 5 minutes after front desk closure, which they accommodated), this left little time to chill my drinks and freeze my ice packs for my early start the next morning. The place could definitely use an update, but it worked for a place to stop for the night for sure.

The room was definitely sufficient. There was enough room, the kitchen setup seemed decent. A two burner stove, Small built in fridge, etc. The bed was comfy enough. Not a luxurious one, but sufficient. Parking was decent. The room I was in was a little off to the side, in a small hallway so it was quiet from the Road noise. Staff were happy to wait when I called to let them know I might be 5 minutes after their desk was to close. This I appreciated very much.

Traffic noise from hwy 1. Ugly window coverings.

It was a quick night's stay. We didn't even use the shower before we left. Location was convenient enough as it is on the east side of the city which is good when heading out of town in that direction. The room seemed clean and had basic amenities.
