Great mountain when you were away from crowds, lodging was adequate but could have been cleaner.

Dated furnishings and cleaning was not as good as expected for the price.

No breakfast, this was a condo without onsite restaurant.

The twin beds were not comfortable.

Large space for kitchen/dining/living areas. Large Master too. Kitchen had everything we needed to manage cooking and laundry in the condo. Underground parking with space for extra car too!

The beds were very hard and the hot water ran out quickly for the size of the property.

Property was in a great location, larger and more modern than we expected. Hot tub was awesome!!

The only tiny niggle was the sofa cushions - the springs have ‘sprung’ so they need replacing. But a very minor gripe in what was otherwise a flawless stay.

One of the days, the electricity was missing the whole day, and there was no proactive communication or definite answers about what's happening.

Did not like to have to pay for parking. Shortage of cups and plates. Some neighbours were noisy.

The apartment is very close to the ski slope so could almost be described as ski in and ski out. It was also conveniently located for the free bus. Bed very comfortable and nice shower although it it over a bath.

The property we were assigned was located in Lagoons at Stony Creek. There are no common amenities with this property (i.e. gym, pool, hot tubs, saunas). Some individual units had their own hot tubs, so be sure to verify what amenities are associated with your unit, as ours had none. Mid-week refresh of towels did not occur.

Good location close to Whistler Village

It was mostly good, just a few minor irritations - There were no sharp knives for chopping vegetables and the hairdryer didn't work.

Apartment we were assigned ended up being in an incredibly convenient location for a race we were here for. I also really liked using access codes rather than having to worry about keys or swipe cards. It was good that there was underground parking too even if you had to pay for it ( about $16 or 17 per 24hrs). We mostly left the car and walked to the village and supermarket when we needed to. Check in was smooth too and I liked that they reminded me to come to the office a few days before my booking started

ice was never cleared from the property the whole week. occasionally some gravel was thrown down but the sloped brick walkways from the street throughout the property up to the entrance doors was treacherous throughout the week. it didn't snow the whole week, and the rain didn't stick - just a lack of maintenance / effort. Also the place is tired, floors creaky, beds very creaky and rickety, plumbing tired, carpets worn.

ok location. fair value but not great.

Guest are asked to take away the garbage upon checking out. I did it anyway, but have we already paid $100+ cleaning fee ? The garbage room instruction is not clear and the sign on the wall is absolutely misleading.

    Whistler Northstar

1)The ad was misleading, as it appeared all accommodations were at Northstar. Only much further down page did it mention 70 possible properties. Would have been very inconvenient if we checked in at Northstar and had to go to another property a distance away, such as Creekside etc (especially when we came to Whistler by bus). Glass door between foyer and rest of condo was a bit of a 'hazard'.

Condo was spacious and well kept. We like the Northstar complex with pool and hot tub. Good location for walking. Staff (Colin) was very helpful when I was originally concerned about where we'd be located. Assumed from pics, address on booking that we'd be at Northstar. We did end up there.

Our apartment was one floor up so two sets of stairs, one to the living area and then one to the bedroom, with a one year old we needed to keep a close check on him. If you have a young family remember to ask for a ground floor apartment.

Plenty of space in the two bedroom apartment. Well stocked kitchen re cutlery, kitchen equipment and crockery. Close to the village for the supermarket, shops etc

The amenities lacked and it could have been cleaned better than it was when we arrived. For example there was one frying pan that needed to have it's handle repair for us to use. Other items such as salt and pepper, which is normally available at other properties, were not here.

The accommodations were wonderful. The place was roomy and very comfortable. It was also nice being able to do laundry as we were on an extended trip throughout British Columbia.

The property is in a very central location with easy access to public transportation, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and nearby attractions. While the room is a bit dated, it has everything that you will need. The washing machine is an added bonus. Wifi signal is very strong and there are two TV units in the room which is good (although the one inside the bedroom is very small - hahaha - but it is still very good). We were extremely disappointed to know, upon arrival, that units booked via Booking.com do not have access to the common pool. I would not have booked this place if I had known earlier on.
