The room was very compact - and a little way from centre of Twillingate

It was a home from home stay - comfortable lounge, access to kitchen to make drinks, complimentary cakes and biscuits, tasty breakfasts. Access to the garden.

Beds were kind of squeaky and Netflix didn’t work in either room we had.

We reserved an ensuite room several months in advance but were placed in a very small room with a (private), locked bathroom across the hall. When we contacted the owner (via phone) upon arrival, she apologized but was unable to move us due to the other rooms being occupied. We realized later that all of the other rooms were ensuite, only ours had a bathroom across the hall. She said this had occurred due to errors with Expedia and Booking.com, however, we question this as the owner is solely responsible to assign rooms. We believe there should have been some compensation other than "sorry". To avoid this happening to you, call first and make sure your assigned room is what you paid for, before arrival.

Our room #1 was very cramped ( too much furniture for a small room) with a strange bathroom, shower set up. The mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. Fay was lovely, making us good breakfasts and suggesting places to eat etc. it was nice to e able to make a cup of tea, do some laundry and sit in the sunny kitchen. Everything was spotless and clean. Parking was right in front.

Our room was small and the private bathroom was across the hall.

I felt comfortable in the common areas and was permitted to use the washer/dryer. The home is pleasantly decorated.

The choice of hot breakfast items was at the discretion of the staff. A hot cinnamon roll was served one morning and freshly made waffles the second morning. No choice of a full hot breakfast as with other B&Bs on our trip. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was across the hall.

Good choice of continental breakfast items. Waffles were home made. Comfortable bed and clean rooms & facilities. Parking right out front. The only B&B on our travels that had air conditioning in each room,

Breakfast has adequate and continental, self serve. I forgot something important and called the owner. She offered to mail it to me. So glad they didnt throw it out. Am grateful for all of this.

Breakfast could have had a few more options (i.e. some fruit, some eggs,etc.). It was a continental breakfast but limited selection.

Very quaint little house and well kept and clean. Location was perfect. The room size was quite comfortable especially for a king bed.

Could have used more room for suitcases and could have used more shelf space for us. Jacuzzi tub a bit difficult for seniors like us to climb in and out. Previous upstairs room was better for us. Guests all seem to be ready for breakfast earlier than the allotted time.

Snacks were available anytime, Helpful staff for information about the area. Handy to sight=seeing.

Rooms are quite small. Just enough room to walk around the bed with our suitcases out. Little cramped in kitchen for breakfast. Up to 10 guests at a time, makes it a bit cramped when they are full

The studio unit is located in the basement, you have to go down the stairs and it is not suitable for a person with disabilities, it is important that they inform the customer about this in advance

The studio unit (suitable for a family) was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, everything was excellent, thanks to Deborah, Faith and the all the staff.

The room had way too much stuff in it. It was a good-sized room, but we were crowded. The bathroom was divided into 3 open parts and was odd. The tub entry was difficult. Poor lighting.

The staff was pleasant.Checkin was easy. Relaxed . The location was good. The bed was comfortable.
