A burner on the stove did not turn off properly and the knives on the inner door above the stove were precarious and a large butcher knife actually dropped when the door was opened.

The basket of goodies at arrival was a very nice touch.

The snow season was not great this trip. The weather is the weather but many of the runs ended up closed due to lack of snow or was un-skiable after 5 days of rain from the village level up to mid mountain so crowds were up in the areas that were open including the on mountain restaurants.

The free bus service #5 with a stop right outside the apartment was great. Very easy to get to Whistler for groceries etc. The track to Blackcomb when there was enough snow made ski out easy and possible. Good cooking facilities and utensils provided. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Ski bus is often already full in the morning but it is only a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

Incredibly well appointed residence with lots of lovely touches and welcome pack.

other guests leaving the luggage trolley laying about (despite a sign on it to politely ask to put it back in the underground car park), which blocked the corridor.

This place is good only for two people. We were two adults and two kids, who went to bed early and slept in the main bedroom. The couch mattress in the living room is a joke. I understand that it's not the main bed but it was literally painful to sleep on (its springs were in my ribs). Also, there were only 2 chairs on the patio.

The location is great and we enjoyed the little patio outside. The place was clean and it was very convenient to use the pool on the same floor.

The staff on the desk, it would have been nice if they looked up and said hello with a smile, I had no facility to get emails in Canada, i was told i would get a text with the entry code for Wildwood Lodge and the room but this did not happen, I had to borrow a phone that could access my emails to get the room code.

The location at the Wildwood Lodge was good for us a s we like the peace and quiet and it was just a nice walk back from the town, The apartment was clean and had every thing that you would need . Small swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry in Wild wood Lodge was good to have.

Pillows were awesome but beds were hard. Electric heat difficult to maintain a good temperature. A couple of big garbage bags would've been great to have on hand. Didn't realize the pool wouldn't be open so kids were very disappointed.

The unit we rented was very clean, nicely decorated with all the kitchen items we needed. Lots of towels provided. Very roomy for me and two of my kids. Really liked the space and the furniture provided to enjoy the unit.

We received a very warn welcome when we arrived. The person who was serving us was very friendly and accommodating. I think she is called Kristina. Efficient and professional service! Kristina also sorted out an extra duvet as we found the sofa bed in the living room uncomfortable Apartment was very spacious and clean and great thought given to the welcome basket All cleaning products was supplied so we did not need to buy any Great room to store skis and short walk to the Blackcombe station

hot tub area. hot tub was too cold, the area was not managed, found empty bottles on our reserved time. not enough walking rubber mats, tiles were very slippery. parking was not adequate for a truck, very small. I got stuck waiting for another person to leave to exit the parking area.

lodge was clean, well managed, staff were very friendly. the people on staff were familiar with our rental, helpful with amenities and concierge type questions.

On our down time, we would have preferred a smart TV so that the children could watch their shows on Netflix rather than just watching cable. There was also some light construction in the apartment next door, which wasn't ideal since we came to Whistler to escape our home renovations.

The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to the Blackcomb lifts. The apartment was very clean, had a cozy fireplace and was well equipped with everything that we needed. We particularly loved the little snack basket that was put out for our arrival. It felt quite spacious compared to other apartments we have stayed in at Whistler. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, and the 30 min family shifts worked well so that we could stay in our bubble.
