Unpleasant stains all around, especially on the itchy and incredibly low sofa. Broken bidet and bed on wheels and no way to secure it from moving. There was also quite a bit of dust build up on the headrest.

Hot tub, sauna and steam shower are great. Bedding was like sleeping in clouds.

Checkin and checkout anonymous, no help there. The adjacent restaurant is helpful however they have nothing to do with the hotel and it’s not their job. The room Pilatus is great, beautiful and very large. Bed comfy. Views over the city great. Bed reading lamps short circuited the entire room and could not be used. Toilet glass door sounds like it will break out of its hinges, we did not dare close it. Bathroom sink does hardly drain. No one at reception to ask for help.

Turned out that breakfast had to be preordered in the morning of the previous day. When we arrived at 2pm it was already too late, so we missed out.

It’s not easy to access the reception desk. The bistro is listed as being available but they were completely unhelpful.

Hotel was further from city center than was listed in the description. It was a deterrence at first but the view from our room was so spectacular that it made up for the distance. The housekeeping lady was a gem and very accommodating.

The rooms are very noisy with the restaurant just underneath, my windows went on the terracce of the restaurant, loud noise until 11pm. Can't open the window because the smoke of cigarette. The garage has to be paid extra 20.-- per stay. The room was not particularly clean I even found a dead insect.

The size of the room, really impressive, nice kitchen, nice breakfast, all well equipped, good bathroom, nice bedding. Convenient has a restaurant on site.

While we have no general objections towards concierge/reception less hotels, the checkin system did not offer the user friendliness to allow my parents accessing their room on their own.

Beautiful views, a complimentary bottle of red wine that my mother drank while taking a bath in the luxurious bathroom.

Breakfast was not available via booking. Our arrival was late and breakfast had to be booked by midday the day of arrival. Considering checkin is at 3pm that meant we could not have breakfast arranged regardless of arrival time.

Wonderful spa room, spacious, great views, big tv, lovely touches, excellent jacuzzi bath and wonderful sauna. The hotel is next to a lovely park.

Interior could be better. Power outlets were very comfortably positioned. Also furnitures were old fashioned and not that comfortable. There was a lot of unused space which makes the sound bouncing not that comfortable. Finally I would suggest to also add some rugs in order to make it feel more comfortable and inviting.

View is spectacular. A set of windows opens up to the city view of Zürich that I never got enough of. In my suite there were also a set of windows that added extra views of the surroundings which could also be used as a working nook. Everything else was great but the view is exceptionally beautiful. The city center is roughly 35mins by car (with traffic), so keep that in mind if you're planning to visit the city often, or if your work is located there. I never used the bus and I can't say much, but once you leave the hotel you either need a car or call an Uber (that's what I did) in order to take you places.

First, it was not clean, it even had food from previous visitors. Secondly, there was no personal and it was not communicated. Third, when we finally reached someone on the phone, she didn’t give all information we needed for our stay (forgot to mention our cards won’t open the main door, so we had to figure it out by ourselves 10pm luckily finding another gast that opened for us). Forth, the 0/24 phone availability is not true, tried to reach for half an hour the first night locked out of the building, no one answered. Fifth, the furnishing was not very comfortable and the room needs partly renovation as well, the air conditioner was not really doing its job either. For this price we would expect better service and it is a pitty that no one takes care of this hotel, it has potential but we were greatly disappointed by almost everything.

I used to live in this area so we wanted to stay around this place. The room was big and we got a baby bed for our request but that’s all I can say positively.

There was no staff, but I was able to respond smoothly with a dedicated phone. It was a little far from the city, but there was a cable car and a tram, so transportation was good.

The Hotel overlooks Zurich and the view is spectacular. The rooms are large with everything you need - the SPA-suite includes a private Sauna. It's hard to find anything with a better price/performance ratio in and around Zurich
