We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The first rooms view was looking at the wall , however they upgraded us to a Mountain View Room . We requested in the booking for a high floor and landed in the first floor, they even didn’t respond to our request

SwitzerlandI was told by the concierge the lounge is closed and will not be opened. If I was not getting curious why people were entering in this direction I would not have found out that it was actually "open" and was officially opened also a bit later. So it seems not everyone is treated equally and while some men are allowed to have cigar and drinks me as a woman I was told it was closed... Not a nice experience - it was the 10 minutes I thought I should have chosen an other hotel..
The room and the view from the balcony of the room is stunning. It is right in the heart of the city so the perfect location. The food was very good and the cocktails delicious. I liked the modern renovation while keeping the historic charm of the room. Good room size for single traveler. Definitely recommend the breakfast in the terrace outside the breakfast menu is very good and the view on the swiss alps just amazing.

SwitzerlandThe main entrance rotating door is a bit too small, and our dog was afraid of it. No allowed to dine on the terrace with our dog (even in a corner not to disturb anyone). The junior suite would benefit from having two toilets, one individual and one in the main bathroom.
Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.

Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. Thank you for everything!!
