We found the room arrangement weird since entrance is to the bathroom and then a door leads to the bedroom. The bathroom wasn’t great, but this was the most affordable option therefore we expected it.

Location was excellent next to main attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Receptionists were friendly and helpful when needed. Check in and out was easy and we could store our luggage on the day we were leaving until our bus left.

Room was small, the entrance was through the bathroom it was strange. Very small shower.

The receptionist was very friendly, gave us a lot of useful information. When you book a room, days before the arrival they give a geneva transport card for free and you can use it to travel from the airport to the hotel and use it to get around in the city. The bed was comfortable and if the noise from the street or the other guests it's to much, they provide earplugs.

The layout is a bit weird. You open the door and you are welcomed by the toilet. It doesn't have exhaust so the humidity and smell stays. If you happen to have a room without windows or balcony, that may be a problem. Pillows need upgrading because when you sleep on them, they just lay super flat and there is basically no neck support.

Our room had a tiny balcony which helped because there were moments that it was so hot in the room and opening the balcony freshened it up. They offer 2 tiny welcome chocolates and 2 sets of earplugs, appreciate that. The bed was comfy and the beddings were clean and cozy. The staff members were really helpful and awesome. And of course, the location is unbeatable! Right there at the center with a minute access to where you can eat, go shopping, take the trams etc. The public library is also just beside it. LOVE!

Nothing to say here, the hotel was exactly what i expected. You get what you pay for.

Location was great! nice little hotel within a short walk of everything. It snowed while we were there which made the city look beautiful, for a few hours before the rain washed it away... Perfect for a short stay. The hotel also gave us a free travel pass which we could use on the boats and trains.

The hotel is quite old and would need some renovation both in common areas and private rooms. Also, It’s not much sound proof and I heard people talking and coming back late at night. Last thing I did not like was entering the room and finding myself in the bathroom.

Very central position, well connected to public transports, endowed with elevator. I also appreciated staying at a high floor (5th). The room was clean, good choice for a weekend

Well this is a basic hotel charged at Geneva prices so overall we were happy. But coffee facilities would have been nice. If not in the rooms, then a central coffee machine in reception even would have helped as getting up and out before even a hot drink first thing was not great on a snowy morning.

Best check-in service possibly ever. The guy who did it explained all that we needed to know about the local area and what to see, complete with map. Very helpful and efficient front desk throughout our stay. We found the rooms slightly odd as you entered via the bathroom, but in the end this didn't actually affect our stay. The rooms are small doubles so I booked a room each for myself and my two adult children. Very glad we didn't try to double up as the small double has the bed pushed against the wall. LOVED the location with the old town right on our doorstep. The room was warm and the view fine. Bed very comfortable. Rooms clean. Liked the table and two chairs.

We hired a budget room. It was a little too budget like than we had anticipated. But I guess for the price we paid it was to be expected.

Price is cheap and reasonable for Geneva. We were there over night and only came back to the hotel to sleep.

Had to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom which was a little odd. Only one very small pillow each. The bed was okay. We didn't spend much time in the room was exploring the area.

Location fantastic! Near the train station, trams, shops and restaurants. Room was fine for what we needed it for, staff were wonderful. For a cheap place to stay, it was good.

The room was small, and the entry door enters straight into the bathroom. But, we only stayed for one night, so a small room isn't too bad. What was unpleasant was that there were hairs stuck to the bathroom wall that weren't cleaned off before our stay.

It was very quiet and the balcony was a bonus. The bed was pretty comfortable and overall the room was clean. The shower was hot and powerful. Very convenient location and handy that you're given a key to access the building after the reception closes.

The bunk beds were a little creaky. Nothing major but further fixtures to wall or replace for wooden might work a little better
