The lift is too small and slow. we travelled with 12 people and wait for the lift to go up almost 20 minutes till everyone can enter to the room.

The room and inside room facility was much better than older time. excess than my expectation.

Staff are excellent! Rooms comfortable. Location was very close to Interlaken West. Some construction nearby but not a problem. Easy walkability. Loved the Brita water bottle filler in the lobby.

The bathroom is very small, and the ceiling is low. The room wasn’t enough clean. The breakfast coffe was horrible, and the variety of pastries was poor.

The location was close to the train station and buses.

The food ran out in a lot of the containers especially the hot food. It wasn’t topped up fast enough. Staff couldn’t keep up with it. So a lot of the time things were empty.

The only downside were rooms have no aircon, therefore extremely hot during summer.

There was a nice view from the room balcony and comes with a bath tub Great breakfast spread Would like to commend the lady at the reception that checked us in, didn't get her name She was really patient, as she explained to each of the guests one after another. And we had numerous questions for her, yet she managed to provide us with the response accordingly. Walking distance to Interlaken West station as well as to numerous restaurants

The breakfast staff and their manners

Breakfast was good but the service was poor, more staff was needed as refilling was either late or at times finished items were not even refilled. Staff was not friendly and welcoming like reception, they just wanted to get rid of you ASAP they would serve you tea as soon as you sit at the table without caring that it would get cold, even when l requested that please serve us after 10 mins the lady was rude enough to say that no l might not be able to serve you tea later as it will get busy...l have never heard this before ......

Single room was not spacious, the bathroom door was literally touching the closet each time you would open it, not enough room to walk around in.

I reserved a single room for myself & a separate room with double bed for the family. The Single room was a bit too small, the door of the Bathroom was literally touching the closet, not very spacious at all, however, the room where my family stayed on the 4th floor, had a balcony and a great view of the Alps, the room was also very spacious. Both beds in my room and family were comfortable, my room was also equipped with Air Condition, it was nice. Breakfast had all the usual things, yogurt, croissants, boiled eggs etc. nothing stood as particularly unique to me, but it was a just a normal breakfast. It about 7 minutes away from the Interlaken West train station, many destinations can be achieved just by walking around in the central, good location for a hotel. The staff was very helpful & accommodating.

The room temperature was extremely hot. Windows should have been opened before we arrived fully to cool down the room. The windows should have insect-protective mesh.

Right next to Interlaken West station. It also has a supermarket nearby and an excellent food court. We stayed in a triple room. It had everything we needed. Good strong shower. Breakfast selection was lovely in our opinion. More than enough.
