The breakfast was the same everyday, not variety. Good for staying one day or two, but after that it become boring . I booked two rooms, for my kids and us, but our rooms where far from each other.

The location, cleanliness and the staff were friendly.

Bit disappointed as all 3 rooms we booked located on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. access They do have elevator to 2nd floor but not for our 3 rooms (we got different section of the building) Complained to the receptionist lady in charge then she changed our room with Single room by just adding sets of pillow, blanket.etc (we booked for twin rooms) . So just imagine how small the room for 2😔. As for our triple room, we have no choice than to accept the room on the 3rd floor 😮‍💨 If we would know this hotel do not have elevator to our rooms, we might have changed our mind staying here. And the lady in charged at first seems not very happy when we complained. I don't like this lady since she doesn't look friendly at all, not even a welcome smile 😔

The entrance to the Hotel is a bit confusing, We had someone banging our door in the middle of the night thrice which was scary on our last day. The staff was courteous to check on this the next day and address it. Breakfast could be better-had only cold breakfast.

Beautiful Mountain view from the room. Warm and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and the amenities are accessible in ground floor. The connectivity to the hotel is through the bus and it's walkable.

Rooms in ground floor are normal ones. Better rooms are available on the high floors which were not available due to high demand.

Great property, decent breakfast, good proximity to nearby train and bus stations (for Mt. Titlis, etc.). Rooms are in good conditions.

Nice location for our Italy trip. We wanted to get through the tunnel very early in the morning and the staff provides us with a breakfast at 5am! Very nice of them to accommodate us!
